  I truly enjoyed everything about my stay, from check-in to check-out. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the variety of onsite restaurants offering high-quality dining options. The coffee shop served amazing lattes, and having a bar onsite was a great added touch. What really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. When I asked for ice, the staff even provided pain relievers, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly above and beyond. Every interaction with the front desk and restaurant staff was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. A special thank you to front desk, who assisted us with questions regarding our bill when some breakfast credits were not showing up. They handled everything efficiently and ensured the issue was resolved promptly. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would gladly return.

  I typically enjoy Intercontinental/IHG hotels, and this one was no exception. First, great customer service from the front desk personnel (I wish I could remember her name, Candace or Connie?) Who checked me in around 6pm 5/24/26. The hotel was clean and modern located in the heart of San Antonio making it easy to access popular sites. Overall, pleasant experience for a last minute impromptu visit.

  Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean which it is one of our top priorities. The front desk staff were very professional and lovely. They really made sure to make us feel welcomed! They use Byredo bal d’afrique for their signature scent and for their bathroom amenities which I thought is an excellent choice. It is not right at the centre of the riverwalk party area so it’s perfect if you want to avoid the loud music/sounds. We had an infant with us so this worked wonderfully. You still have direct access to the riverwalk trail right outside the establishment. The only thing that I would suggest is an option for non valet parking. I just don’t find it necessary and would have liked to have had access to our car without having to go through valet. We used a third party website and they charged us significantly more than if we would have added it on the spot.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the River Walk, which made it so easy to walk around and explore the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and made us feel very well taken care of. We also had brunch at Cavalier Restaurant inside the hotel and it was fantastic. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent and made the experience even better. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely return the next time we’re in San Antonio. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

  This was by far one of the best stays I have ever had. I was there for a conference. The layout was perfect for the conference, the rooms were amazing and the staff were so friendly. Shout out to Alfredo at the front desk for his amazong customer service. Highly recommend this location. Walking distance from many great places, easy to get to from the airport and more. The coffee shop at the hotel was great, and the rooms had so many amazing little features.
