Cassandra Biebera month agoWe stayed two nights due to having planned surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Perfect location and the catwalk that connected the hotel and clinic was a great feature. Room 706 was spacious and clean. Room service was great. The lemon cheesecake was delightful! The only complaint I had was the flat pillows- I recommend bringing your own if you're having surgery and need to sleep with your head elevated for post op instructions. Overall, a nice hotel. I wish I would've felt well enough to enjoy the gym they had on site.
Daniel Lowmana month agoThe service was exceptional, from the valet to the front desk to the waiter at Table 45. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms and an updated feel. Unbeatable location if visiting the Clinic, but it's also fairly well connected to downtown Cleveland.
Cynthia P.a month agoHotel is convenient with direct access to Cleveland Clinic Hospital. We stayed here because my husband had a heart procedure. Walking distance to labs, and Fairfax grocery market. CC has a shuttle service and hotel has 2 restaurants that are conveniently located on first floor. Staff is friendly with 24 hour room service available. The food is impeccable and delicious. You can upgrade to Club level lounge access for a few hundred dollars more and get continental breakfast and evening reception/refreshments. Being heart healthy and not eating much before surgery-we did not upgrade. But, it is available and worth (food value) if you decide. Also, there’s no mini fridge or microwave. You can rent for $30 each-we did not. But, it’s available if you need. We ate at restaurant downstairs that was truly delicious meal and kind waitstaff. Second night we ordered room service. Our room service food attendant was delightful, attentive and helpful. He was very kind serving us and thoughtful to provide 5 star service. We felt like royalty here and will be back again. Thanks for attending to our needs. The walls are thin and we arrives at time Egyptian soccer team was in town. They were loud but, not enough to keep us from sleeping. The beds were super comfy with down pillows and down duvet blanket. Separate shower and tub was convenient. Bathroom is dated and old with some mold/mildew but, nothing to unpleasant to look at. Staff is friendly and kind. We will be back again and I highly recommend this hotel for the convenient access to/from Cleveland Cardiac Clinic. Valet parking is a bit pricey but, you can park in hospital garage and then walk over to your hotel to save money. Thanks for a wonderful stay and see you soon.
JD Martinez2 months agoThis hotel is amazing they are doing a great job keeping it looking sharp. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. I sat at the restaurant bar both night I stayed there and the bartender Dwayne was very attentive, friendly and professional! The food was also amazing! This will be my place to stay when I travel for buisness to Cleveland. Thank you ! Keep up the great work..
Linda LaCavera6 months agoService at this hotel is excellent, and the restaurants offer great service and food at teasonable service. The rooms are very nice, but could be updated. The furnishings are pretty worn, but a plus is the separate tub and shower. The best asset is the connection to the whole Clinic campus with catwalks (never have to step outside). Definitely recommend this hotel, especially for patients and family at the Cleveland Clinic.
