My new wife and I stayed here during our road trip to Colorado right after our wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Alex was especially helpful when we called ahead to adjust our reservation—and we were so touched to find out she had upgraded our room to help us celebrate our wedding. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. The room itself was spotless and beautiful, with an amazing view of the lake and waterfall just behind the property. There’s also a walking trail around the lake, which made for a perfect, relaxing stop on a long drive. As rewards members, we received complimentary drink tokens, and Virginia at the bar was just as warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. For a one-night stop on a road trip, we truly couldn’t have been happier. Between the value, amenities, location, and exceptional staff, this stay exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

The good : Location & room was excellent. Pet friendly. Safe location close to the stadium. The bad: Breakfast not worth the trip, just go to Dutch bros and McDonald's. Shower soap was out, mini fridge was not the coldest. Even with the bad, will stay again. Location is top notch and staff is friendly.

I absolutely loved our 2 queen room as it was spacious and comfortable. The beds are better than average & very clean. The staff and overall customer service was excellent. They are also a pet friendly hotel with an indoor pool and jacuzzi!! We stayed for 5 days and we’ll be returning for sure. I ordered door dash a few times and the staff assured that my orders made it to my door successfully and safely.

POOL WAS A DISGUSTING DISASTER AREA! Stayed one night traveling home from racing motorcross. My son wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and hot tub to relax. Reviews and photos looked good. Bonus it seemed to be a beautiful, safe area to park overnight. Floors in the room and bathroom definitely needed more attention from housekeeping. Sadly the pool area was an absolute DISASTER AREA! There was a group of a few adults and minimum 12 children from infants to pre-teens. Hot tub was full of children with floaties, there were drink containers and water saturated food everywhere! Screaming at the tops of their lungs. We went outside, my husband and son swam for a bit. I noticed there was only adult with all of the children at that point. Then from across the lawn came 2 of the adults with bar drinks and popcorn. One of the children opened the patio gate and let them in. Then some of the children then moved outside, screaming, yelling, swimming in between my husband and son who kept moving to different corners so they could have a conversation. They never got to use the hot tub because of all of the children packed in it and as we were leaving a toddler, eating popcorn in the hot tub, was spitting it out along side. Again only 1 adult with all of the children tending to one of the infants. To top it off as we were leaving the lounge the group had passed through the lobby, like a tornado, the children had pumped coffee creamer all over the floor and coffee station table, sugar packets torn open and dumped. The front desk worker was cleaning it up as we headed to our room. Some people are entitled, disgusting, slobs with no manners or common cents. The hotel needs to have someone regularly checking cameras in the pool or sending security down to check in.

Room was booked and I was well aware of the 24 hour cancellation policy. I called inside the 24 hour window to simply ask if they would take into consideration that my son’s game was cancelled and other games moved—and allow me to cancel without fee/charge. I was pretty sure they’d say no since it was the day of, and that they’d say the one night fee would apply. But to my surprise, I was told I could cancel without a fee/one night charge. The cancellation was completed and I received the cancelation email. I rearranged the entire afternoon/evening for the multiple kids I was going to be getting from here to there. 2 hours later I received a voicemail that they were going to charge me since I cancelled. After speaking to a sales director and GM, there was no budging—just that it was a mistake by their employee and not their problem. They charged my account. The most horrible customer service I’ve experienced. If they’d have just said no, we can’t do that since it’s inside the 24 hours, I wouldn’t have cancelled and rearranged all the things. What a disaster of a management and customer service team.
