Marlene Gutierrez4 years agoThe double booking seems to still be happening, they told us 1 months before the 15era and wanted us to change the date. Talk about stressful situation. Like it was that easy when you have everything set up and family coming from out of town. Luckily we found a venue and the service was excellent I recommend them they are now at the main place mall in Santa Ana called Decorodisimo ask for Pedro or Cesar they won't disappoint. Mind this was 9 years ago seems by reading these post they are still making families go through the same thing very sad and been profesional.
marlene s4 years agoThis place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They discriminate you and they only sweet talk to you when your making the contract! You make a contract for a certain amount of people and they don’t give you enough food for your guest! The chairs they offer are so uncomfortable they are literally plastic! DON’T EVER MAKE A CONTRACT here with the BOTOX lady’s LORENA & MARY!
Josie Barbosa7 years agothe worst customer service ever . they didn’t wanna turn on the ac, it was hotter inside than outside. they previously promised me that they would turn on the ac for the day of the event, and that day they said it didn’t work. the bartender didn’t wanna give drinks to the people at the event and he had a negative attitude when he was asked to do his job. they didn’t wanna put out all the food at the same time. the servers took some of our cake and cupcakes before we even got the chance to take pictures with the cake. overall the experience was the worst that i’ve ever had. DO NOT rent from these people, lorena and linda. please do yourself a favor and do not use these peoples venues.
Jessica Cablayan7 years agoThis would be a nice venue for a big party but a lot missing. We had my sister’s quinceanera here, we paid for the food but we didn’t get the chicken nuggets and appetizers and even the champagne for toast they didn’t even serve it. A lot of guest asking for the chips and linda keep saying they don’t have it and it supposed to have it on the table. For the people who go there take note the table set up that you see if you trying to book your party there is not gonna be the same. Because when we first go there looked at the place and we like it the table have lace on top of table clothes. We signed up the contact linda said the set up of the table will be thae same unless we change the color of the table clothes but when its time to pick the color for thw table clothes the lace is not included they siad we have to pay $8 per lace on each table. I wouldn’t recommend this place
