  Had a lovely time at a birthday tea event. It was my dream to attend this place for tea. I had no idea it was open to the public. As I mentioned, we attended a birthday tea and it included fingers foods. They were fresh, delicious. Loved their pesto, cheese and tomatoes. I also enjoyed and think is my favorite: blueberries and lavander tea.

  My mom and I really enjoyed the food and tea in the tea house! The atmosphere was very warm and cozy with a lot of vintage items and teacups placed as decor. When we drank the tea It was always warm and hot after you refilled your cup. And the food tasted good and fresh which is a plus, the best thing on my plate was probably the sandwiches because of the variety and different flavors that were presented (the scones and desserts are also really good). The staff were also very nice! And they didnt take too long serving us our plates. I recommened bringing family or friends to gossip or to just have a plain ol conversation because it was made for a place like this. It was a little expensive but its probably mainly because of the experience and quality of food. Buy this was my first time coming here and I really liked it! 10/10 would come with friends!

  This is a review for Spring Tea Garden. I did not host a big event here, but this would be a great event venue! I was here with nine other girls to have afternoon tea together. Because there were more than 6 people, we had to place a $100 deposit. We also had to choose the same tea package for everyone. The event coordinator recommended the Spring Tea Luncheon Package, which was $34 per person. Then we got two tea pots of three different teas for the table. The total charge included a 15% gratuity. -The sandwiches were the favorite of the group. The scones were huge and hard to finish. The desserts were meh. -We enjoyed the beach blossom oolong and vanilla almond teas. The lobby is beautiful with a piano, a display of teacups and teapots. They even have hats and fascinators that you can wear to take photos. It was easy to plan. I feel like the event coordinator is very organized. I would host events here because of this major plus. Another great thing about Springfield is they have their own parking lot, and there is plenty of parking! Turn into the lot from Chapman. There are stairs to get to the second floor, but there is also an elevator. Credit card/Apple pay accepted. Bathroom available.

  Think the best thing about this place is that there is parking nearby. If you are okay with unfulfilled promises, poor service, rude management, and so much more this place is perfect for you. The biggest mistake I made when attending a family member's wedding here was that I expected 5 star quality and not being drunk. I think being hammered prior to the wedding would have made the event bearable but I would not want to find out by booking another event here. Save yourself some money and go to your local Buffalo Wild Wings, you'd probably get better service there than this place.

  I visited their tea house. It is a banquet center with several rooms. We each ordered the Spring Tea, which comes with your pot of tea, five yea sandwiches, a scon and two bite-sized desserts. You can get refills on the tea. It was a beautiful place. My lady and I enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back. There's a Red Hat Club that was founded here, and they still meet up.
