  Save your money and go elsewhere! The rooms are dated and dirty. Seriously soap scum in the shower. Walls in disrepair or in desperate need of repairs. Small rooms with hardly any space to get around the bed without bumping into a door or wall. Hair on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom -gross! Parking is a joke at night. We were told to use the overflow lot( this is also on the paper they gave us) said bring your ticket for validation. We did that and they said they don't validate anymore, and that we will have to pay the parking fee of $35 dollars to the other hotel. I complained to a manager. The manager said they would give us back the 30 dollars the already charged us. I told them that was unfair. Pillows are small and worn. Fridge dirty in as inside and outside. Breakfast was busy and the food was just okay or meh! I found the employee's to be rude and unwelcomeing. I forgot to mention that the toilet made bubbling noise all night long. I usually have nothing but good thing to say about residence inns, but I will never return to this location. If I have one positive thing to say, this location is close to Disneyland, the pond, and Angeles stadium. Not walking distance, but a quick drive. So, if you don't mind staying in a filthy run down place with rude staff, bad parking, and tiny rooms, you might be okay here.

  If I can give a 10, I would! I stay here every time we have our dance competitions in Anaheim. The staff is top tier. Nayeli is my girl!!! I met her by staying so frequently and in my head, she is my Marriott Family. Hospitality is next level. My family were just there Memorial Day weekend and it was a pleasure to see her smiling face. There was a mix up on my part with the room and she tried her darnest to accommodate and fix it. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were just booked for the holiday. Either way, we made it work and it was a pleasure to see her all the way until checkout. Would always recommend. Its near everything. See y'all next year or soccer tournament!!!

  To put this review in context, I am a Marriott Platinum member with over 500 nights at Marriott properties. Unfortunately, this hotel is by far the worst Marriott property I have ever experienced. In short: the property is dirty and in serious disrepair. In more detail: during our two-night stay, we encountered numerous issues. Cleanliness was consistently poor throughout the room. The bathtub, in particular, had clearly not been cleaned at all—it still had visible soap residue and dirt. We also found broken drawers, damaged window blinds (especially concerning since construction workers were working directly outside the window), ripped bed sheets, and stained mattress covers. There was even dirt buildup on the AC outlets, which raised health concerns. We requested a room change, but unfortunately the second room was not much better. It was also dirty and, in addition, the safe was missing its door entirely—another indication of the overall lack of maintenance and attention to detail.

  1st night-Water takes 5 min to get warm or hot. Tv plays half the channels. Just goes Black and dark. Fridge is not cold enough and the temp control was purposely removed. Ice offered in walmart freezer bags for a fee! No clock or alarm!!! 2nd night- toilet stuffed up with and not by toilet paper. Mold all in vents. (Have photos to prove) Asked for new towels and to fix toilet. Said ok....4 hours later, we are bringing up our own towels and the only person working has to find time to bring us a plunger to do ourself. Just pathetic. Also, can opener metal looks like it was dragged through the mud it was so brown. DISGUSTING!!! Can't wait for night 3! 3rd night- So I needed to dry my jacket from the rain. Went to use hair dryer and UGH!!! The back was full of some caked-on white substance. Made me almost throw up. So today is housekeeping day. Yay. They knocked at 1pm. Told them we were in the room. Left 10 min later. We returned 12 hours later at 1am. Room was not touched at all. Trash, sheets, towels, all the same as we left it. If you want to be your own housekeeping, and customer service rep this hotel is for you!!! Worst experience with Marriott. I know we are better than this!

  We have stayed here recently for our family trip in Orange County. While the hotel is a bit dated, the customer service feels like 5-star hotel. The ladies at front desks are super accommodating and friendly, especially Jocelyn the manager. I couldn’t thank her and the team enough for the experience she provided to our son and making his stay a memorable one! They were always promptly and efficiently in delivering our requests for more towels, pillows, pack-n-play bedding etc. The room is not as nice as we have expected of Marriott standard but the customer service has definitely made up for it.
