Jennifer Hilla week agoThis place is absolutely amazing..I normally stay here when visiting Disneyland in which the the rooms are amazing and so is the continental breakfast in the morning. However, this time I had to to utilize the Oasis banquet room for a celebration of life. The coordinator Julie and the staff went above and beyond in helping me set up make sure everything was perfect and flawless. I would 10 out of 10 recommended! They make you feel at home and treat you like family especially during a difficult time. 💯🙂
Kirstin Day3 months agoJust checked in to our room and we are so excited to stay here. The hotel is very nice rooms are very clean. The pool and jacuzzi is sparkly clean. Staff is extremely helpful and nice we had a pleasant experience with Karina at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
Kari Taylor Hall2 months agoGreat place! Its clean and breakfast buffet is decent and convenient. The pool and hot tub my kids loved! My husband and I with our 3 kids stayed in the 2 queen and living room with a pull out couch and full kitchen and it was enough room. Its also walking distance to Disneyland and a good location. I Would stay again!
Zach Davis4 months agoI have stayed at this hotel many times and always had an amazing experience. Tonight we checked in and we just needed a little assistance due to our personal situation. Natalia and Itzel at the front desk we're so amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. As someone who has over 400 employees, I wish all of them could demonstrate the compassion and outstanding service Natalia and Itzel show my family tonight. Management is lucky to have them. Best hotel if you are going to stay for your Disneyland vacation.
Sawyer Wentworth5 months agoOverall, very happy with this hotel. Only a 10ish minute walk to Disneyland, with a great breakfast that they serve. There is a waiting area that was perfect for me 15-mo. old daughter to play around without having to worry too much. Rooms weren't the most up-to-date but it's not that big of a deal considering most people staying won't be in the hotel for anything other than sleep. Overall I'd gladly stay again. Great staff, well managed facility.
