Szymon Milczanowskia month agoOur stay at The National Radisson Collection Brussels was truly exceptional. The hotel is located in a very safe, luxurious, and incredibly peaceful area, the surroundings feel almost utopian and are perfect for relaxation. A big advantage is also the partnership with David Lloyd’s Club, which is an excellent facility and a great addition to the overall experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can clearly see that everything is new and designed with great attention to detail. As a Radisson Rewards VIP Member, I received an upgrade to a stunning suite with a beautiful view of the lake and the golf course, which made our stay even more special. We were able to fully relax, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel truly encourages rest and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, the breakfasts were delicious, and the cocktails were very well prepared. I honestly cannot wait for the hotel to open its spa, I will definitely return to enjoy another relaxing stay. The only downside for me was the quite expensive parking fee of €22 per night.
Jelena Slović5 months agoEverything was really perfect, but the bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I don’t remember the last time I slept this comfortable. The reception is impeccable and seamless and even though initially there was a mixup with the room, it was resolved within minutes (huge thanks to Jack). The interior of both rooms and Stoke is breathtaking. Very wide range of fresh delicious food for breakfast, there was nothing missing and the service was impeccable. Bravo to the kitchen! Coffee is also delicious, as a coffee enthusiast, I had a blast 🥹 Very special thanks to the housekeeping who made our rooms perfect every day, made pur bed even fluffier, got us fresh water and refills, and the perfect fresh towels. We slept in the first morning because we were THAT comfortable (and it never happens that we skip hotel breakfast, fyi 😂). Absolute perfection. Well done and thanks to everyone at Radisson team, you made our holiday unforgetable 🫶
Andrea Valacchi6 months agoFrom Abandoned Hippodrome to Hidden Gem! If you want to see a transformation done right, look no further. This hotel is the final puzzle piece in a massive project that turned an old hippodrome into a stunning residential and golf area. And let me tell you, the wait was worth it! Everything here has that sparkling "new hotel" feeling with serious attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and the beds are dangerous: you might not want to get out of them. Why you should book now: • The Food & Drink: There’s a solid internal grill restaurant and a bar that knows exactly how to mix a proper cocktail. 🍸 • The Location: You are super close to Zaventem airport, making travel a breeze. ✈️ • The Staff: A young team, but efficient and eager to please. They are already doing a great job and will only get better. 💰 The Insider Tip: The price-quality ratio right now is unbeatable. However, take my advice and visit soon. I predict the rates will jump once Spring hits and the golfers emerge from their "winter caves" to take over the greens! ⛳️ Give this place a try before the secret gets out!

Absolutely everything felt fresh, looked after and attention to detail really stood out. Breakfast and dinner was great, room was spotless, D. lloyds gym access was an addition. Addie2 months agoI do not recommend this property to anyone, especially Radisson Rewards members. Unfortunately the reviews posted online are misleading, and the Management's response was disappointing. I want to recognize Alba and Alex at reception, who were professional, responsive, and the only positive aspect of this stay. The overall experience fell significantly below the standards expected of the Radisson Collection brand. A major issue was the strong, unpleasant odor coming throughout the hallways leading to guest rooms. This odor persisted in the hallways and created an uncomfortable environment. Management was aware of this issue, as confirmed during my stay, yet guests were not informed in advance. Ongoing construction efforts to address the problem were also not disclosed prior to check in. I only received acknowledgment after raising the concern myself. The room experience raised serious concerns about housekeeping and maintenance standards. I was initially checked into a room that had already been used, with a strong cigarette smell. In another room, I encountered insects and the air conditioning was not functioning. From arrival, it was clear the hotel is severely understaffed. Only two receptionists were managing all guest needs, leading to delays and a lack of basic service. There was no bell service and no staff available to guide guests to their rooms. The layout is confusing, and without assistance it was unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Overall, this hotel is not delivering what it promises. The gap between the advertised 5 star experience and the actual level of service and quality is significant and unacceptable.
