Maximilian Klik3 months agoI really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, and I felt relaxed the whole time. The staff was really nice and helpful, which made everything even better. The location was great too it was easy to get around and there were good places to eat nearby. Breakfast was actually pretty good and had enough options. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back.
Aylin Kaska3 months agoI had a great stay at the Pestana Hotel Brussels. The rooms were modern, very clean, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. Overall, a really cool hotel with a great atmosphere — I would definitely stay here again!
Maria Di Gaetano3 weeks agoI loved this Hotel. Beautiful rooms and communal spaces, staff were competent and kind and really lovely breakfast. The location is not central so you have to either walk 35 minutes from the Grand Place or the Cathedral or get the Train or bus all the time to go back. You can also bike, I didn't. It was very convenient though,so I didn't mind the distance at all. The park of the Cinquantennaire is more or less 5 minutes away and just opposite the hotel there is a lovely litte park that takes you to the Natural Sciences Museum I will definitely go back!
Nat2 months agoRoom was very spacious. Hotel was clean. Mini-fridge in room with available microwave in lobby if needed. Quiet room and surrounding area. Location is not in city center, but is near several places to eat including a small plaza with several cuisine options. Parks/ green-spaces nearby. Less than 5 minute walk to the closest train station which would get you to city center in about 10-15, so semi- convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big lobby space where people frequently sat to drink and chat in the evenings. Did not use gym. Comfortable place to stay, would recommend.
Julien Handy3 months agoI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. There were only a few small issues. In our double room, the bathroom door could not be locked, which was a bit inconvenient. In the lobby, snacks were available, but some of them were quite expensive. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel because the positive aspects clearly outweighed the minor problems.
