Ahmed Al-Temimia month agoWe had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23, 2026. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is amazing, which is in the middle of everything. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with great guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and local attractions, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service in Brussels!
Davit Sheroziaa month agoI had a very positive experience at this hotel and would like to share my feedback. First of all, the staff were truly outstanding in their kindness and attentiveness. At a time when I was in a difficult situation and effectively stranded outside, they showed great humanity and immediately helped me by arranging an early check-in. This support meant a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciated their understanding and willingness to assist. I would especially like to highlight the gentleman at the reception. He was extremely kind, warm, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition. His attitude was both professional and genuinely caring, and he made a strong positive impression. As for the hotel itself, everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Compared to many other hotels, it was especially pleasant that there was a fresh and pleasant aroma upon entering, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is a place where guests are truly made to feel cared for, welcomed, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
Fatma Tawfika month agoIf you’re planning a trip to Brussels and want a stress free, high quality stay, OPO Hotel is a great choice. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is spotless, well maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable and very clean perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, with restaurants, shops, and major sights just steps away, making it easy to explore on foot. It also feels very safe, which is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Not speaking Dutch we got into an augment with a drunk cabbie and our hotel clerk came out and settled it quickly. They were also incredibly helpful with restaurants and directions and we loved our room … nice and cool with 90 plus tempts. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. If u find yourself in Brussels go there or go to Brussels just to stay there.
Daniel Durona month agoGreat location for the hotel right in the center of Brussels. The staff was really helpful and they provided us with a map to follow for a walking tour of Brussels highlights we can see. The room was really spacious we had a bedroom area plus a small living area with a sofa, desk and another television. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was really spacious. The bed was really comfortable making it possible to have a restful night. Stayed a total of 5 nights, used this location for day trips to Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. Definitely if you are visiting Brussels you have to stay at this hotel. 100% recommend.
