Burak D.4 months agoMe and my wife booked a stay to spend her birthday on Brussels hoping to celebrate her birthday. This hotel is the reason all our plans went down the drain. Our checkin time was at 3pm but after waiting in the lobby we got informed it’s now 4pm. Waiter another hour then went up stairs to find staff still cleaning our room and finishing 5mins after arrival. After getting in our room a house keeping barges in our room after we get inside without permission. All doors are locked by pin and pins to our room changed after we locked our door and trapped us outside our room while our belongings left inside. I am still trapped inside the corridor as they are asking us to enter the pins that are not working. Spending precious time locked in a hotel corridor waiting for staff to show up or solve our issue instead of enjoying our holiday plans. They don’t even refund for their lack of service or proper hotel management after hours of waiting and already booked into our room they tried to make up by upgrading to another room (while we lost hours and already checked inside a room) like we would unpack and move a few floors down to get a few more cm of space as an upgrade. I am still waiting in a corridor for hotel management to be able to open my rooms door (30mins past). This isn’t a proper establishment, this is a scam. They are still giving us codes that don’t work, keeping our belongings hostage and not sending anyone to solve the issue while we are literally trapped inside.
Cristian Alexandru Damian3 months agoI have to admit this hotel has some great points for a sole traveler/travel for 1-2-3 nights/short business trip. First of all, it has a great lobby where you can work, with multiple spaces - and i mean 15+ seats. that s great especially if you have a late flight - you can still use the lobby. They also have free of charge lockers to leave your luggage. The room was decent enough + very quite, which is a plus. Location is also great, close to everything. What i did not like was a wi-fi/router attached somehow to the ceiling that had a a green light button working 24/7. especially during the night is really annoying. please fix that. The fridge did not work and also there was no cleaning of the room in 2 days - not even the thrash, and i dont actually understand how this is possible.
Isaac Brigo5 months agoThis an awesome hotel in a great location about 10mins walk from the Central station. Local supermarkets, restuarants and cafes are a stone's throw away. The reception/lobby area is beautiful with great furniture and modern art paintings. There were free treats in the fridge - beer, juice and snacks. The rooms are small but pretty. The hotel gym is well equipped. It's basically the best hotel gym I've ever used. If everything had gone well I would have given this hotel 5 stars. My room had a ventilation grill sticking out of the wall over our heads. It looked like it could've fallen out at any time. Very dangerous for me and especially my child. That room should never been issued to any guest. Our room had a large bay window with wide seating space. When I reported the hazard to the tech support, they did the right thing and we were moved to another room. But in my opinion the new room was a downgrade. The window was tiny with barely any view. I found a couple of long hairs in the bed. We went out in the evening and came back to.our room about 9pm. Our pin failed to open our room door and I had to chat with tech support via WhatsApp to re-activate the pin. Tech support thought we were still in our old room (don't they communicate with each other?). Because of this experience I won't return.
Thierry Davin4 weeks agoThis hotel is very nice, no personal but everything is automated through the application that is very easy to use. Perfect place, just in front of the galleriea. Good wifi, large lobby to sit and relax, ample rooms very clean. Price is ok for the quality offered.
Bela Mehtaa month agoOne of the next generation hotel where there is no staff. Everything is operated by the code provided to you before your arrival. There is a huge reception area with multiple different kind of seating areas. There is also a baggage storage facility and a gym. The location of the hotel us 10mins walk from Brussels Central station. There are multiple restaurants around the hotel. There is also breakfast facility at the hotel.
