Right at the entrance you'll see the Gallery of Nations with 549 flags representing the recognized by the US Government tribes of the Native American Nations. The center also shows the works of great artists such as Woody Crumbo, Blackbear Bosin, and Jerome Tiger. I did not have a chance but, if you come at the right time, a powwow traditional dancing takes place every year.

Vodka breadbowl glazer3 months agoI came here for the back to school pow wow a couple years ago and when I still lived in Wichita I used to go to the museum a lot. it's very culturally awakening BUTTT I don't know if anybody else has a problem with the name. I feel like "Indian" is a term we should leave back in the 1600's. other than that it's great
