The location has good freeway access. The restaurants are good especially the Pancake House. The streets are easy to navigate and the parking was excellent. The area was safe with police visibility. I enjoyed the stay and was able to sleep.Thank you.

My husband booked this room for our 15th wedding anniversary trip to Disney. At first glance, it wasn't bad for the price. First, you open the door to an OVERWHELMING scent of Fabuloso and... farts? I found out quickly that I had to keep shoes on after stepping where the carpet and hard floor meet and getting stabbed by a nail. When I was putting clothes in the drawer, a broken piece of wood went through my finger. The jacuzzi tub was nice, but the towels were DISGUSTING. There were hairs all over them as soon as we unfolded them. You can see in one photo that there is a long, curly, black hair... which fits neither of us. The mirror was busted on the side and coming off. There is MOLD coming from under the paint all along the bathroom ceiling. The bed is hard as a rock with tiny, flat pillows. If you insist on staying here, bring blankets. There were 2 thin sheets and a thin fleece like scratchy blanket. If you need light, good luck. We had 3 very dim lamps, none of which were on and connected to a switch, so we fumbled around in the dark trying to find the lamp. We also had nothing to drink while in the room- the vending machines we planned to buy them from had a sign saying the machines "steal" cash and that management was not responsible if this happened. On top of that, the card reader was broken.

Staff did awesome with any requests. It's not their fault someone flooded the room above us. They handled out reroom without hesitation or questions. The rooms could be in better shape, but the area was quiet enough to get a good night's rest.

Stayed 2 nights to go to Disneyland. It was horrific, truly. When walking to our room there was a whole section of hallway that absolutely reeked of mold and mildew. Our first room of course being in the dead center of the assumed water damage. Also the entry light wouldn't turn on, the lights near the bed were missing bulbs, and the bedsheets were stained. We asked for a new room and were given one across the hall that thankfully was musty and now moldy. However the carpets (AND TILE) were ungodly sticky, the AC unit was broken and the room really needed some airflow, the sink handle was broken and had no temperature control so it would burn you, and the bed was not comfortable. I appreciated the front desk concierge, changing our room and joking about it only recently emerging from the sea, but the hotel itself was awful.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars in my opinion. I had booked this through Airbnb where the media was obviously heavily edited. The room smelled disgusting. There are no outlets near the beds. The beds are falling apart. The baseboards are filthy. The air conditioner was loud. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep. There are no towels in the pool area and the hot tub water was absolutely disgusting.
