I would also like to recognize Jessica and Sarah at the front reception. They have always been very helpful, friendly, and professional. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they take the time to help me and provide the information I need. Their positive attitude always makes me feel welcome, and their excellent customer service is truly appreciated. Both of them work very hard and are a great asset to the hotel. However, my husband and I were disappointed with our stay. The property appears old and poorly maintained. The hallway near the stairs had a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like animal urine, and the room was not in good condition, especially considering the price we paid. The outdoor areas, including the grill and fire pit area, were dirty and dusty and did not appear to be regularly maintained. Additionally, the laundry room was not clean, and some of the machines were broken or out of service. We believe the housekeeping and maintenance teams should pay more attention to cleanliness and organization throughout the property. The photos online make the hotel look much cleaner and more appealing than it actually is in person. Overall, we did not feel that the quality of the hotel matched the cost of our stay. We hope improvements will be made to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the property in the future.
⭐ 1 Star I stayed at Larkspur Landing two weekends ago and still have not received my $200 security deposit back. For nearly two weeks, I called the hotel multiple times a day, only to be sent to voicemail. When I finally reached management, I was told that both deposits had already been refunded to my account. That was simply not true—I checked my bank account and never received the money. What made the situation even more frustrating was that after I extended my stay for an additional night, the front desk charged me another $100 deposit. I've stayed at this Bellevue location more than 40 times over the years, and I've also stayed at many other hotels throughout Seattle and Bellevue. I have never been charged a second security deposit just for extending my stay. Instead of taking the time to investigate or resolve the issue, management dismissed my concerns and insisted the refunds had been processed, despite there being no evidence of that in my account. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I left feeling that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against, and the lack of communication and customer service only made the situation worse. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so other guests don't have to go through the same experience. If you have bank statements showing the deposits were never returned, that will strengthen your position if you dispute the charge with your bank or escalate the complaint to the hotel's corporate office.
Loved the location! I was attending meetings near the local Bellevue/Seattle Temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and this put me about four minutes away. Wonderful staff. Adequate breakfast. Very reasonable price (Priceline). Would stay here again!
Kind staff, comfy room, and amenities that show a delicate touch. I am very happy with the healthy and varried options for breakfast (fresh fruit including bananas/oranges, as well as chobani yogurt and hard boiled eggs). The rooms aren't the most updated, but they feel homey and well designed. My bed is very comfy, and the sheets were super clean. My room smelled great when I checked in and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Staff is sweet, thoughtful, and accommodating.
BEWARE!! $15 PARKING FEE THEY NAIL YOU WITH. They say it’s on their website and whatever but who cares when you’re googling a hotel on Google maps and you just pay for it through the app there’s nothing about a parking fee of $15. What hotel have you ever paid a parking fee for??? Nonetheless some random Hotel out in the cuts. When I express my frustration with this the lady behind the counter gave me a condescending look and attitude. Clearly out of touch with reality. I won’t comment on anything else in the rest of the hotel because it doesn’t matter I would never ever stay here again because of a $15 parking fee. And it is 100% principal. Much better hotels in the area, find one of them
