Wendy Denny2 months agoWe stay here almost every time we come to the Seattle/Bellevue area! It's so comfortable and such an incredible location. You can literally walk across the street to 50 restaurants and the best shopping in Washington State, plus right up the street from Bellevue Old Main St with tons of dining options. Not fancy but just right. Clean, safe, comfortable and it feels like Home. As small business owners, we enjoy the ability to work from our room here at La Residence - without hesitation, we recommend this hotel.
M3 months agoI stayed here with my mom and sister for a quick weekend getaway. The location is very convenient. Within walking distance to the mall and grocery stores. Parking is awesome, literally right in front of the hotel. It doesn't look like you should park there, but they prefer you to park there. There's also a resident cat there, which shows how home-like it feels. The room was perfect...clean and roomy. You can mark on a door flyer if you need toilet paper, paper towels, towels, etc. That way, you can get what you need without having housekeeping enter your room. They left them outside our door in a bag. All staff there are very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was a lot better than expected. So many drink options, so many pastry options. We've all been to other hotels where the breakfast was less than subpar. It's definitely an accommodation to consider using when in the area.

I arrived exhausted, like in my bones exhausted, scanned the room to find it huge and clean, fell into a comfy bed, and woke up 12 hours later feeling like a new woman! The location is amazing and the staff is sweet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Linda Newnham8 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at La Residence Suite Hotel. The location is in a quiet area of Bellevue but close enough to downtown Seattle to drive or grab an Uber. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Bellevue. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well-maintained and have a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. There's also a laundry room and gym. The kitchenette jn the lobby is always stocked with fruit, coffee and condiments and in the morning they have muffins, bagels, cereal etc. Larry and the team were so friendly and Peanut the hotel cat was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
Anthony Morales11 months agoStaff is super nice. Location is great. Building is dated, but it appears to be getting updates/investment which is a good sign! The included breakfast isn't anything special, but it does have a wide selection of options that get the job done. All in all, I would've gone with 4 stars, but I just realized it is rated as a 2 star hotel (not a 3 star). Considering that, I think this place outperforms any 2 star hotel I've ever experienced. Hence, the five star rating.
