From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and attentive, and the management clearly takes pride in running a tight, welcoming operation. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location is fantastic—convenient to everything and easy to get around. A special shoutout to the manager, Christmore M. Garcia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. That kind of hospitality is hard to find. Can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be back!

This is exactly the kind of service that sets a hotel apart. Scott clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making guests happy. He went above and beyond and made my whole experience so much better. If you’re lucky enough to have Scott help you, you’re in great hands. Absolutely outstanding — 5 stars all the way!
Solo R.K.a month agoRooms were great, except the fact our A/C didn’t work (ironic considering the name of the hotel). Other than that it was very nice. Parking is interesting, the hotel itself is valet only and if you tell the valets you’re not interested they kind of tell you off and say to find parking elsewhere. Luckily there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel with decent prices. Overall not bad for the price.
Jenna Eckstrum5 months agoI had such a great experience at the AC Hotel Seattle Bellevue/Downtown, and I want to specifically recognize Michael Simmons at the front desk. He provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. When I mentioned I’d be in and out of meetings the next day, he said, “I have something for you,” and handed me two complimentary tickets for ice skating in Bellevue. I was honestly blown away. It was such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture that completely made my day. I stay at many Marriott properties, and as a Marriott Bonvoy member, I’m genuinely impressed by the hospitality and generosity Michael showed. This is exactly what great service looks like! Thank you, Michael!
Bhavesh Rathod4 months agoI had bad experience before I stay at the hotel but after staying I must say that it is one of the best spot I stayed in Seattle area. Very convenient, quiet and rooms are neatly maintained. I got amazing five days experience and having microwave in hydration room was a perfect bonus. Reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. Check in and check out was hassle free. If I come again, I will stay at the same hotel. Thanks
