Monica Ortega2 months agoToday I stopped by to purchase my mom’s 71st birthday gift — something I’ve done every May because it’s truly one of the things she looks forward to each year. I’ve never needed to bring her into the store before, so I was surprised when the associate informed me that the policy had recently changed and that the recipient now has to be present. I understand policies can change, but I hope the company considers that many loyal customers may rely on family members or loved ones to shop for them for personal reasons. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility for long-time customers who genuinely love and support the brand.
John Talley8 months agoI was looking for a specific necklace for my daughter for Christmas. It was sold out online and at the store nearest me. After chatting with an agent on KS website and learning that they will not be restocking it this season, likely not until next fall, I changed my location in the KS website to every city near me and worked my way outward in a larger radius. Everyone was sold out. To my luck, I found it in stock 360 miles away in San Antonio. Called to verify they actually had it and Megan was very helpful taking my payment and shipping info. Less than 20 minutes after the purchase, I received an email with UPS tracking info. Should be here in a few days, gift wrapped, and ready to go for Christmas.

Cristy Galaviz Ch5 months agoI just walked out of this store few minutes ago and not once was I greeted by staff except for a third party representative who was there doing a fundraiser. I came to treat myself a gift and this was my first time at this store and company and definitely will never come back. It's sad the only person to acknowledge me was someone who doesn't work there, meanwhile all the employees walked right by me or was standing next to me and not one hello or anything. Only 1 employee was assisting a customer but after that customer left all 3 employees still didn't acknowledge me. I will for sure take my money elsewhere and make sure people know not to shop here.
