  The hotel has a great location—right next to the Plaza, with a KC Streetcar stop just outside the door, making it very convenient to get to downtown as well. We chose this hotel as the venue for the closing dinner of a student scientific conference. At first, I suggested it mainly for the convenience of transportation, but it turned out that the catering service and food were also excellent! I’d like to sincerely thank Jaimee, the catering sales manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Jaimee and her team greatly supported us throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate that. The food was also fantastic—many of our students especially loved the red velvet cake! I would highly recommend this hotel for both accommodations and events.

  It is a good location with public transit nearby. There's parking for $30/day in a garage that has the first two floors reserved for valet service. The garage is narrow and it's tough to turn the corner with another car going the opposite direction. The staff are nice and professional. The shower handle was loose and the toilet didn't have a strong flush. I mentioned the handle as I left. The rooms are nice and the view is outstanding.

  I recently attended a conference here and was on the committee that put the conference together. Our contact Laura was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. The space was perfect for our needs. Our meals were delicious! The ballroom upstairs was very elegant. My room was clean, sheets and pillows were high quality.

  Shuttle driver Kayla was great and very prompt at getting us picked up. All the shuttle drivers have been amazing (forgot to get the others' names) and the wait time was minimal. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel for our conference is great especially with the shuttle plus the KC street car that has a stop here. The Country Club Plaza staff are very responsive with Laura, Paige & Bridget being the best ever! They not only meet the needs they go above and beyond! 🎉🎉🎉
