Overall, the stay was great. It would have been perfect if I had been greeted with a smile during check-in. We arrived after a few hours on the train and were welcomed by a staff member with a rather sour expression, even though I greeted him with a smile. The room was decent, although a little small. There is a water dispenser near the lift, as well as a restaurant and shop in the lobby. I personally loved the lobby area, especially the greenery and the outdoor seating space. The location is convenient too. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Brussels Noord Station and about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place. Along the way, I passed many shops and souvenir stores. There’s also a Starbucks right outside the hotel, which was very convenient.
Andrea at reception was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely conversation with her as she’s also Spanish, from Andalusia, which made the welcome even more personal and warm. We were given an update, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing, and the hotel’s location is absolutely perfect. We can only say thank you for such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
Generally we had a really positive stay at the Hotel Indigo during our long weekend in Brussels. The positives were as follows: - Comfortable, well-equipped rooms with good toiletries, drinks making facilities and TV - Useful location right by the Rogier metro/tram station and roughly a 15 minute walk to the centre -Friendly and helpful staff The only negatives we would point out were the hotel breakfast price which is absolutely extortionate at €29 per person. Also, the bar area by the reception isn’t great - they didn’t have many drinks offerings and the guy serving was quite rude. Finally, the shower wasn’t very good (low pressure). Overall, a decent hotel for a reasonable price.
This is a wonderful place to stay in. The location is fantastic. Its around 8 minutes walk from Brussels Nord train station and a 15 minutes ride to the Brussles Midi station. It's located right in the heart of the city and is close to a lot of attractions! The rooms are very large and nicely designed. The TV placement is a bit odd, but that doesn't bother me much. The bathrooms are also large and nice. The toiletries are very good and it's easy to skip carrying your own shower gels and hand cream. The breakfast spread is amazing! I missed having breakfast here as I was leaving very early, but the hotel staff was extremely nice to pack a take away box for me. I would strongly recommend this place. The staff is very helpful.
I had a very good stay at Hotel Indigo in Amsterdam. A special thank you to Isa at the reception – she was extremely kind and helpful, especially with my luggage. Great service like this really makes a difference. The rooms are beautifully designed, with unique details such as parrot-themed décor and elegant golden elements throughout the interior. Everything is very clean and well maintained – upon arrival, I even saw staff actively cleaning, which gave a great first impression. The bed is very comfortable, and all amenities you need are provided. I also appreciated the chocolate in the room for a nice morning drink. The restaurant area looks very stylish, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is modern and well thought out, including impressive visual elements like the large screen. One small note: the minibar was empty, which is a bit of a pity. However, water, coffee, and a chocolate drink to prepare yourself are available in the room, which is a nice alternative. I stayed in room 319 on the 3rd floor, which was very pleasant overall. One point I would like to mention: during the night (around 3–4 am), I had an unpleasant interaction at the reception. The night staff was not very friendly and came across as somewhat provocative. There were also other guests being quite loud and aggressive, which made the situation uncomfortable. I trust that management will review this. Aside from this incident, everything else was excellent. Thanks again to Isa and the team – overall a very good hotel experience.
