  The room was fantastic and so was the effortless check-in too. The rooms were so spotless and staff extremely helpful. Room service was amazing. I never expected the amount of food we got for such a fair price. Lastly, Mo, the valet person was so kind, speedy, and helpful.

  We recently stayed here and overall had a great experience. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and the hotel itself is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in San Antonio. The property is well maintained and the atmosphere really made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the valet service was a major letdown. One evening, we requested our car through the valet app and waited over 30 minutes while it showed “Retrieving.” When I went downstairs to check, we were told the car had been sitting out but was reparked because no one came down — even though the app never updated. They admitted it was a failure on their end to update the tracker. We ended up being late to our dinner reservation because of it. At checkout, we tried to avoid the same issue by calling for the car early and waiting outside. We still waited nearly 40 minutes and were told there were six cars ahead of us. To avoid being late again, I ended up retrieving the vehicle herself. Everything else about the stay was great, but the valet experience didn’t match the level of the hotel. If this is improved, the experience would easily be five stars.

  I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Regency hotels. This hotel stands out more than others I would say! My wife and I visited for a short vacation with our two toddlers. The hotel is great for all ages in my opinion. The hotel and amenities are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! You can't beat the location. You step out directly onto the riverwalk of downtown San Antonio. Found some amazing food just a 3 minute walk from our hotel. The parking team, bellman, concierge, check-in attendants were all very professional and I genuinely felt comfortable in this hotel, which can be hard when traveling with children. We stayed in an Atrium suite and it was worth the extra money! It gave us some separation and privacy as we're traveling with the toddlers. A standard two bed hotel room would've been great though! Highly recommend you stay for a visit, especially if you're a Hyatt rewards member, there's so many perks nationwide. Jesus bless whoever reads this!

  We had an amazing stay at this Hyatt. Tessa (I think is her name) and Carolina were so extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs. The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of riverwalk. My only complaint was the front desk gentleman who checked in with was not as friendly and welcoming (Justin) as we would expect especially coming from out of town on vacation. Regardless, still a fun family trip for us!

  The atmosphere was great. I was allowed to check in early. My family and I visit for a fun day on the river. We enjoyed the cafe area spending a healthy piece of money..... Enjoying and entertaining with adultbeverages. BUT when it was time for bed the beds and pillows was horrible. It felt as if I was going to hit the floor. The hotel is beautiful but for $45.00 for parking, room $386.00, $119 breakfast, $480 adult 🍸 🍹 🍸 s . I expect top notch on everything. Very disappointed.
