Mac Bosel3 weeks agoHad a great stay at the Westin Downtown this past weekend for a wedding. Staff was super friendly and engaging. They didn't have any rooms that matched our reservation when we arrived so we were pleasantly upgraded. Room was clean and spacious. Walking distance to plenty of options downtown. Two parking garages connected to the same building the hotel is in.

Our travel plans were unexpectedly changed and the hotel front desk immediately helped us to extend our reservation only 30 minutes before check-out time. Throughout our entire stay the staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. We had a great experience using the valet and walking around downtown. We had no issues with noise or any of the limitations to the amenities. We will be sure to return any time we have a stay in Cleveland.
Liz S2 months agoVery nice hotel, super friendly and accommodating staff. My nightly rate was $175 it included valet parking. The valet parking staff is so friendly and helpful. We asked for an upgrade and were upgraded to a suite. The room was nice. Im a gold member so no free breakfast. We stopped at the onsite restaurant, Leylah is a sweetheart. The location was perfect. Downtown Cleveland is charming
Shantel Forda month agoMe and my husband stay here every time we are traveling to the Cleveland area. The customer service is amazing, we always have great customer service. From the Valet to the janitorial staff every staff member is always nice . Everyone speaks , and just overall helpful. Our room had hair in the bed , and the bathroom had hair in the sink when we checked in so we went to the front desk and we were moved immediately . The young lady upgraded our room for the issues . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rich Brumbaugh3 months agoAn affordable luxury! From the on-site valet parking to the check-in experience the start of my stay was seamless. Tim, at the front desk, was welcoming and masterful in handling two busloads of early arrivals and accompanying luggage. I was early and he politely told me he'd be glad to hold our luggage. We spent a little time at the Winking Lizard sports bar which is attached to the hotel. When we cam back at check-in time, it was a snap. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean, the shower was a large walk-in with great pressure. There are 23 floors and the view from the hotel shows a lot of the lakefront, including the GL Science Center and the Browns Stadium. Check out was a breeze. Ran into Tim again and he asked how our stay was. Getting the car back from the parking garage was easy. I'll go back to Westin Cleveland for sure.
