  The Westin is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in Cleveland, and every visit is an exceptional experience. The level of service is consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Michael, the Front Office Manager, who always goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is perfect. From complimentary room upgrades to assisting with even the smallest requests, his attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction never go unnoticed. The hospitality and professionalism of the entire team keep me coming back time and time again. This is truly my home away from home in Cleveland, and I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and valued!

  We had an excellent experience at The Westin Cleveland Downtown. Our travel plans were unexpectedly changed and the hotel front desk immediately helped us to extend our reservation only 30 minutes before check-out time. Throughout our entire stay the staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. We had a great experience using the valet and walking around downtown. We had no issues with noise or any of the limitations to the amenities. We will be sure to return any time we have a stay in Cleveland.

  Receptionist was snotty with an attitude when I checked in. Maybe I didn't look he part. Parking was 57 dollars overnight. Park your car yourself in same garage and you pay 25 max..They Clearly robbing you off. Room was absolutley nothing special. Been to better cheaper Hotels with nicer rooms. Bedding felt like I covered myself with a plastic tarp. Towels were stiff. Doors slammed all night long. Location was the ONLY reason I booked this one. Next time I rather drive 10 more minutes than book this place again. Lucky they have the name Westin to carry them because otherwise they'd be screwed

  Great hotel with friendly staff and a beautiful room. Everyone I encountered at the Westin were extremely helpful and kind from the front desk to the greeter (He was so helpful and extremely enthusiastic) to housekeeping. I hope the management here is appreciative of what an amazing team they are lucky enough to have. The stay was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable and modern. I was here for a buisness conference and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cleveland. Location is great and only a short walk from attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

  Arrived at The Westin for a work trip. Lobby was beautiful and the rooms seem updated and modern. Plenty of lighting options which is always great, often times hotels feel dark. Bathroom was well appointed and the products were great as expected from a Westin! Hotel was quiet and restful. I had the opportunity to speak briefly with Wilson, the director of operations. He told us about the updates to the hotel and the remodels. Very nice interaction with him and all the staff here!
