Melanie Vasqueza month agoAbsolutely loved this hotel. In my top favorites! The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you enter. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. I personally loved the floor to ceiling windows my room had. The location is another great aspect of staying here, you are two blocks away from the street car that will take you (for free) downtown. I will definitely be staying at this hotel for my future visits !
Elizabeth Garciaa week agoBeautiful view of the city!! EXCELLENT service from the bar and the food was great too. Also checking in was so easy and the front desk is insanely kind and welcoming. I was having a stressful day and they really turned it all around. They even gave me a phone charger since my phone was dying?!?! First time staying at a Loews hotel and wow!!!
B Alvaradoa month agoMy family stayed at the Loews for the KC World Cup. Amazing stay. Everyone was on point with making sure we were properly accommodated. I have to really recognize ILAN especially from Baking Red Wheat Company. The entire weekend he always greeted us with high energy, professionalism, and he was very personable with my family and I. This man deserves a recognition from the top and a promotion. He represented your organization correctly and I wish I would have someone like him in my organization too!! Keep it up!!
Julian Montenegro2 months agoIf I could rate this 10 stars I would! We usually stay here but we were in town for inlay a day and night and we decided to stop by and have dinner at the restaurant. Well usually hotel restaurants are buns but NOT this one! Every time we stay here the food is phenomenal EVERY TIME! Especially their double cheeseburger! I would recommend to anyone!
Aimee Aa month agoMeh. Lobby nice, but three people crowd the lap pool. Nice gym. Lovely terrace they won't allow you access to. Escalator to convention center doesn't work. Bathroom door in rooms is basically useless.
