Matt Greenberga month agoThe hotel was a great experience. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Special shoutout to Jimmy at the lobby bar. Cool dude and made our daily drink that much better. Highly recommend the hotel.
Ibrahim Awadallah2 months agoWe had a lovely stay here earlier this month. We were celebrating our anniversary and we got a nice amenity and a handwritten note in our room. I was impressed since I didn’t have any status with Hyatt and did not expect them to do this for a base member so I definitely appreciated that. The location was great, we were able to walk most places and Uber the more far spots. The pool is beautiful and was a great spot to relax after long days. Everyone was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there in the future when I’m in the area
Shane R5 months agoI typically only rate five-star experiences, and this one was worthy of that. The room was always clean and fully stocked, and the food and bar were excellent the times we dined in. The staff was friendly and helpful, happy to accommodate our requests, bringing us local treats on occasion, and offering advice on food, bars, local sights, music venues and museums. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient and central to many of our outings, and it's atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay, here.
Johnie Hurta month agoClean and nice facility. Everything is well organized. Beautiful scenery with alot to enjoy at the hotel itself. Many restaurants, tennis, golf and other festivals right at this hotel. You do not have to go far for entertainment but you are on Broadway and it's only a short distance from the main attractions
Julie Kramer2 months agoOverall we had a good stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the hotel was clean overall. I attended a conference at the hotel and the conference staff was especially friendly and helpful throughout the event. One issue was that our room did not have a desk, which was a little inconvenient, but the hotel staff was accommodating and brought up a larger coffee table in addition to the side table already in the room. When we first checked in, the room had a strong chlorine smell (possibly from previous guests), but housekeeping and management addressed it quickly and we did not need to switch rooms. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly, though check-in felt somewhat impersonal and one bartender at Lou/na was unfortunately rude. The location was also great! It was walkable to Broadway and downtown attractions, but far enough away that the noise and crowds did not keep us up at night. Overall, still a positive experience with a clean, modern hotel, spacious rooms, and generally friendly staff with a great location.
