  I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s right in the heart of downtown Nashville and only a short walk from Broadway, making it incredibly easy to get to all the bars, restaurants, and live music venues. What I really loved, though, was that it felt just far enough away from Broadway to escape the noise when it was time to relax. Despite being so close to all the action, my room was quiet and peaceful, and I never had any issues with noise from the nearby bars or music venues. The hotel is also surrounded by everything you might need during your stay, including coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was spotless throughout my stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall standard of cleanliness was excellent. The staff were another highlight. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville exceeded my expectations. Between the fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet atmosphere, and excellent staff, it was the perfect base for exploring Nashville. I would happily stay here again on my next visit and would recommend it without hesitation.

  Excellent stay. As an RN who helps patients age in place by helping design safe ADA accessible bathrooms, I can say this is one of the best designed hotel rooms for differently-abled people. I was so pleasantly surprised by the fact my non-ADA room had sensors with lights under the bed that came on when I got up. The bath had textured luxury tile to prevent falls. I just had to see an ADA room. Shakira the manager, could not have been nicer. She showed me one of their ADA rooms. They have some with a roll-in shower. The one I saw had a soaker tub with an adjustable hand-held shower head, high and low grab bars, non-slip textured tile, commode with high and low grab bars, and roll-up lower vanity. The room itself had lower "peephole" in the door, accessible doorknobs, hardwood floors with bedside oriental carpet runners that are affixed to the floor. The bed is lower for easy transfer and the curtains have extensions with grab hooks that can be easily accessed by someone in a standard wheelchair. The hotel opened in July of 2021 is beautifully furnished and there are original art pieces in each room. Ella's on 2nd restaurant and bar is wheelchair accessible. Ask the staff will direct you otherwise you may miss great food. You can roll-up to the lower bar and enjoy a drink with Caitlyn, the friendliest bartender in Nashville! The Hyatt Centric - Nashville really put a lot of thought and extras in. They went beyond the standard ADA requirements!

  Staff was super friendly and helpful. I’d like to specifically mention Q with valet services who was the kindest stranger I’ve met in quite a while. Room was clean, spacious. Location was convenient. When I return to Nashville this is where I will stay.

  I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel itself was fine. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing, rude, and unprofessional. I booked a hotel package that included parking, but I was still charged an additional $65 parking fee. I called the hotel on 5/16 to resolve the issue. A male staff member answered the phone, and while I was explaining the situation, he suddenly hung up on me without saying a word. I called back and he claimed that he could not hear me clearly, which I found difficult to believe. He then clearly promised that the extra parking charge would be waived. However, when I checked my account today, the charge was still there even though more than two weeks have passed since I was promised it would be removed. The staff's handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. Again, I would not recommend this hotel.

  Booked this hotel at the recommendation of a Hyatt employee at another nearby hotel. She did not steer me wrong! Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Centric in downtown Nashville. Everything was so clean and I loved how the room was decorated. Not too loud and I thought the hotel was in a perfect location. Not on Broadway but only a couple blocks walk. I would stay here again for sure without hesitation
