  The hotel was lovely! The room, which was in a corner, was not as soundproof as we would have liked. We could hear the trams and some traffic until after 12 in the night. It happened to be a festival next to the hotel, which was not their fault of course. The room itself was top!! Service was very good. Location was a bit tricky. If you stay in the main streets, it was fine. Close by a train station, metro station, tram and bus! Behind the hotel, if you get deeper in the streets, it turns out to be somehow shady and dirty (also, not fault of the hotel, just be aware and do your research). The breakfast was top, amazing area. In general, we enjoyed our stay here! Is the second Nhow hotel we book, never disappointed :)

  Excellent service throughout our stay, lovely breakfast with nice specialties and the breakfast room was calm. Room was clean and only problem was the hair conditioner but they're getting new products soon. Our room windows were towards the street and some traffic noise came in the room but we slept fine. Hotel was easy to reach by public transportation. Also possible to walk to nearby shopping street and Brussels city center.

  First experience at an nhow hotel, and it was a great one. The quirky creativity was genuinely endearing, and there was something new to discover at every corner, which made the stay feel a little more special. The staff were warm and friendly, and the king sized bed was impressively large and very comfortable, exactly what you want after a long day out. The only small letdown was the absence of a kettle. There was a coffee machine, which I made do with, but as someone who compulsively drinks hot water and tea, I did miss having one. The shower had good pressure and heat, though there was a slight drain smell while showering. It was noticeable but not overwhelming. Location wise, it is very convenient, close to a metro station with easy access to Brussels Midi, which was helpful for our early flight from Charleroi. It is also within walking distance of the Grand Place and Rue Neuve. All in all, a really pleasant stay and definitely good value for money.

  I recently stayed at the nhow Brussels Bloom (May 2026) and had such a great experience from start to finish. The service was excellent!! My friend and I arrived early from London before heading off to explore Bruges, and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage so we could make the most of the day without any hassle. After a full day of walking and sightseeing, coming back to the hotel was exactly what we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for a perfect night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the hotel’s ecological and sustainable approach. Offering guests a free drink in exchange for skipping room cleaning is a great initiative, and honestly, when staying only three days, daily cleaning really isn’t necessary. The decor throughout the hotel is another highlight. It’s colourful, artsy, and full of personality, which makes the whole stay feel even more enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast was superb with plenty of tasty options catering to different preferences. And the Prosecco option at breakfast? Such a fun touch to start your holiday morning with a bang! The location is also perfect, right by Botanique station and on the doorstep of all the main sightseeing spots in Brussels, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I would definitely stay here again and will absolutely be looking into other nhow branches in different cities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels!

  The staff is really friendly. The rooms are tidy, very clean and very comfortable. The AC is a bit weak. The artsy look is interesting, not my cup of coffee though. Breakfast is amazing, really tasty, great selection. The best thing is that the hotel is really quiet, you cant hear anything from the other rooms and hallways. Definitely will come again if i have the chance.
