James Ashbridgea month agoWe had a wonderful seven night stay here! The location was great, easily in walking distance of many tourist attractions with a metro station just outside for anything a bit further. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place for a drink on the night. The staff were fantastic, all very friendly and accommodating. One member of staff (regrettably I didn’t catch his name) gave us coupons for extra drinks for our last two nights and while we didn’t actually get the chance to use them as we ended up doing other things the gesture was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the lovely stay and if we return to Brussels we will definitely be back!
Petera month agoGreeted with a warm welcoming smile from reception team member, very professional, and friendly. Upon arrival he cheerful told us that we had free compmently breakfast as it was girlfriend birthday. Reception area lovely well maintained smelled lovely. Roof top bar/breakfast area lovely , breakfast choice was good,.all.fresh Room was of good size, very clean. It looked alittle tired but guess that happens. Location. Would deffo stay again. To the whole team well done. X

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very well located, but what made the experience especially memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would particularly like to thank Alma, Ono, and Fernando. They were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. They kindly helped me with a room upgrade, which made my visit even more enjoyable and relaxing. Their warm attitude and attention to detail really made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. Thank you again to Alma, Ono, and Fernando for making my stay so special.

I felt welcomed from the very first second. • Concierge: A special mention goes to the concierge team. Their local expertise and willingness to handle reservations and personalized recommendations took my trip to another level. They truly anticipate your every need. Quick Take: If you want a stress-free stay with excellent service, this is a fantastic choice. I'm really enjoying my time here!
Bharathi Mani2 months agoThe location of NH Hotel Brussels Centre is excellent, situated right in front of the train station entrance and within a short walk of the Grand Place. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good. The room amenities are well equipped, and coffee machine was convenient. Our experience with the staff, however, was inconsistent. During the day, one of the concierges kindly offered to fill my steel bottle with filtered water, which I appreciated. Later that night, when I made the same request at reception, the response was quite different. The staff member seemed annoyed and said rather curtly that she would do it “for now,” but that the dispenser was meant for staff only. Overall, while the hotel scores well on location and comfort, the service experience could be more consistent.
