Constantin Stefan2 weeks agoExceptional service and a beautiful property!Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Our room was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true luxury experience! The receptionist Ovidiu was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional throughout our stay. Many thanks to Mihaela, for the breakfast offered, an exceptional spread of fresh, local delicacies. The location is fantastic, enough to feel like a private retreat, a short walk from all the main sights and premier shopping places.
D Da week agoTerrible customer service from NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg. Despite having a genuine need to change my booking dates, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility whatsoever. They cancelled my booking, kept the full payment, would not allow a date change, and refused to provide any refund. I understand that hotels have policies, but there should also be a reasonable level of customer care and discretion. The complete lack of flexibility and willingness to help was extremely disappointing. Keeping a customer’s money while providing no accommodation and offering no alternative solution is, in my view, appalling and unethical. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be booking with them again.
bianca8 months agoI had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service — everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.
Branimir Jovanovic3 weeks agoThey entered into my room at 00:30! There was apparently some problem with my booking - I was invited to an event in Brussels and the organiser booked for one day less. I had no idea about this and had nothing to do with it. But instead of telling me nicely at check out, they entered my room 30 minutes after midnight - 3 security people and the hotel manager. I was in bed, in pyjamas. They called me out to the reception, to pay for one extra night. No phone call, no email, no nothing. Just abruptly entered my room while I was getting ready to sleep. Do you really do that for this kind of stuff? Why, why, why?
Karsten Georges2 weeks agoThe rooms are good, but you only get a view of the opposite wall. It is quite, the bed is comfortable, the shower in my room was small. If you like the city center then all good.
