Sam Wa month agoPerfect stay, short walk to the Gran Place. Room was modern, stayed in a double room with a view, clean and tidy, had a nice view over the fountain on the square. Free coffee in the reception was a nice touch to start the day. Late checkout time and I managed to get an early check in too. The lady checking in was friendly and helpful. The guy checking at wasn't as much. Will say here again in Brussels.
Peter8 months agoI had a single shoebox room for 1 night. Room 10. Perfectly adequate for that. The bed was super comfy and the place exceptionally clean. Flooring was a little loose and felt it a bit cold at night however the bedding made it feel warm. The staff were friendly and even let me know the room was ready before the 3pm check-in. I would come back and stay again as very central for Brussels.
Cotaga Ghenadiea month agoCertainly a unique experience. The chosen interior design felt more like an unfinished construction site, similar to the kind of basic setup where temporary workers might stay. The first impression was that it would be hard to find something worse than that. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom area, especially since the shower had no door. The room lacked proper furniture altogether: wooden crates served as bedside tables, a pipe sticking out of the wall was used as a hanger, and there was a metal shelf that looked more suitable for storing jars in a basement or tools in a garage. There was no real space to unpack luggage, unless you kept your suitcase on the bed and slept next to it. There was also nowhere to properly store clothes, which made the stay even more inconvenient.
Roman Příhoda3 months agoWe were only here for one night. Everything was fine, and I liked the overall ambiance of the hotel. Oh, and there was charcoal in the water carafe in the room. That was a first for me, and the water really did taste better. We recommend staying here.
Stéphane Langlois5 months agoSecond time to stay in this hotel, same quality as before, first time was for business and decided me to come and stay again for a small family trip. Conveniently located it's walking distance from the station and very close to the Grand Place. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious. If there was only two issues as nothing is really always perfect. 1) Not the hotel fault but the above guests were quite noisy in the way that the flooring cracked a lot during their moves, I initially thought the above floor was not part of the hotel so I did not complain to the reception, now I know better. Nevertheless this is not a reason enough to remove a star 2) The idiot that designed the shower is typical the one that would never use it, it's fashionable to do those door-less showers however when you stay with your underage children this means that you have to make sure no one gets to see the shower room and sadly ours was in straight line with the desk, and also the purpose of the curtain or door is also to retain the temperature and avoid turning the shower area into a pool, it both failed miserably Aside from these tiny issues, I would visit the place again in the future
