brianna lopeza month agoMy stay at the hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The property itself is luxurious, and every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. During my first visit, I unfortunately lost my credit card, which was very stressful. However, José, the Director of Food and Beverage, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued when I returned. He kindly arranged a dinner for me at one of the hotel’s other restaurants, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It was not something he needed to do, and I truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality. After dining at both restaurants, I can confidently say the food is outstanding. From the steak and pasta to the seafood dishes, everything was flavorful and prepared exceptionally well. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and highly professional staff throughout each dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel and its restaurants to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, outstanding food, and a luxurious atmosphere.
Bryan Manning3 months agoVery nice and upscale. We stayed 1 night, and will definitely stay there again. Great customer service and staff, what you get at a 5 star hotel. The rooftop restaurant was outstanding, try the tres leches dessert (outstanding). Great location and place just to hangout and relax!
DJRa month agoTruly one of the best experiences we’ve had for overnight accommodations. My wife was met with a glass of Prosecco to celebrate her for Mother’s Day, while at the same time the host and concierge showed a genuine interest in our visit and provided great recommendations for the area. The rooftop pool with cabanas and lounge chairs in the water was perfect to relax after a long day and then we were able to clean up and walk across the street for a fun river walk dinner. We chose breakfast for the 17th floor rooftop experience at Aleteo and it did not disappoint. Food and service was top notch and prices were reasonable for the experience and quality of food. Gorgeous views of the new Hemisfair park from the room, which provided another fun space to explore. It’s been five years since we visited the Alamo and this location made it easy to walk right over and explore all of the new grounds and exhibits. Lastly, the room had everything we needed and we felt spoiled with the many great amenities, so much we couldn’t experience them all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, highlighted by the beautiful grounds and kindness of the staff!
Joel Guerreroa month agoService was exceptional by Bailey. She was the most kind and genuine waitress I’ve ever had. Bailey recommended the Tuna and it was amazing! Loved seeing the how well the team worked together even spoke with Paige who was super helpful and I watched her work butt off behind the bar. Frankie was super welcoming the second we walked up to the hostess stand to when we left! Definitely come try it out!
M Ca month agoThis might be the best Hilton property in town! The second only being the Canopy when it comes to service and amenities. The 1st floor lobby, bar and restaurant have amazing ambiance and lighting. I appreciated the Texas sun coming in and the aromatic, calming smell. I decided to buy the scent at the gift shop when we left. The roof top bar is the best in San Antonio. I was skeptical, especially after visiting the Moon’s daughter at the Thompson last Friday. I have to say, it was a superior experience! The Moon’s Daughter has an amazing bar, but limited skyline viewing. Overall, whether you want to visit for the ambiance or, if you want to have an amazing stay, I highly recommend. Lastly, if you want a view of the HemispherePark, this is where to stay. You have an optimal view of the Tower and East SA.
