David Medrano9 years agoWe had a nice size graduation party this past weekend. The facility was set up perfectly for the dinner and dance. The staff was fast and friendly while assisting with the agenda set for the evening. Overall, we were very pleased with catering, staff and accommodations of this venue. I would highly recommend this facility for your event.
Glenda Joanne Duming8 years agoThe signage could be better. I passed it by and had to turn around. It is very pleasant inside and I felt welcome. I attended a birthday party for a friend. There is lots of parking and easy in and out. Within a mile of I-10 North. Easy on and off freeway.
Jaime Rios9 years agoWe recently had and event there and while the place is large and can accommodate several sizes of parties, the experience at the event was sub par. The manager there was very helpful but the real person in charge changed "rules" as the day neared. We had lots of questions before hand meeting with management at least three times and even speaking with them even more. We were told that our event could go thru till 12. But as we started to shut down to be courteous ourselves, the cleaning service was already rushing us out cleaning even before guests were out. We found that they threw away dozens of gourmet cookies that were left on the tables. The cleaning service was already clearing tables at 1135pm. Which we have video of. Please if you decide to use this place get everything in writing. Even the simplest things that are not on the contract should be written cause these little things were the items that got changed on us the day of the event which was BS cause this really put so much stress on the mother and especially the birthday daughter. What lack of professionalism. I will definitely no longer endorse this place. Also for the price the food is absolutely a rip off. Two slices of brisket and miniature scoop of potato salad and sausage that can be purchased in a discount case are hardly something you should be paying at Ruth's Chris' prices. We also have pictures of that. I would have rather spoken to this person behind the scenes so that he could see that we were not actually happy with any of the BS we had to put up with. I'd like to also take time to say security was great. The staff there was also very accommodating within the boundaries of set rules. And the guy that helped us through the night "Jim" was great. No I have nothing to say about these persons who went above to apologize and be sympathetic. Thanks to you guys.
