Kiki W.2 weeks agoVery nice rooms and short distance from lots of bars and good food options! The staff were great and breakfast options were good as well. I rated it lower because I stayed in room 104, which is right beside a staff door, and the lobby. Most nights, I was unable to get sleep due to the constant in and out and noise in the lobby. While I did enjoy the room itself, I would not recommend that particular room.
Lindsay DeFilippisa month agoWe have visited this hotel for the 3rd time! The front desk workers are the nicest, personable people I have ever met. I celebrated my 40th here and now my daughter’s 18th. They decorated the room with balloons and left her a basket of snacks. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hospitality in the south. Thank you for ANOTHER memorable experience. My daughter was very impressed and surprised.
Rich Rich3 weeks agoI switched hotels due to unacceptable issues at anther brand and when I checked in, the whole experience was like day and night. The front desk clerk, Lauren, was absolutely outstanding when welcoming me and super quick getting my key and before I knew it, I was distracted with a brief and pleasant chat we had about her favorite dining recommendations on Music Row. Truthfully, she made all the difference this evening, even with the rain washing out my plans.
Michelle Boylan3 months agoClean rooms, hot showers with great water pressure, quality bathroom essentials. The hotel offers a varied hot breakfast bar, with a very attentive staff. Shout out to Annie and Kevin, thank you for your kindness during our stay! Paula at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. Julaina worked her tail off on Saturday morning cleaning and welcoming all the breakfast guests as a front desk supervisor! Your attentiveness is appreciated! I would deystaybjere again if ever back in the area!
Trevor Johnson5 months agoFanciest hotel room I have ever stayed in. HD full size refrigerator, large microwave, & dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils all included in the room. Shampoo conditioner, & body wash all provided in the room & the beds were very comfortable. Slept great.
