TONY MOGa month agoThe reception area is quite well made with a touch of class and welcoming. The room was clean and and the space impressive in size. Modern touch in lighting and furniture. The living area inside the room was well separated from the sleeping area offering privacy of some sorts. You can get to the bathroom without passing through the living area as there is a separate door. The tv can rotate 360 degrees. The shower and bathroom space is not as big but quite satisfactory to me. The breakfast was quite well made, one of the best I ever had in bed and breakfast. All the staff i interacted with were very friendly helpful except one. The cons: I was not impressed by the receptionist on arrival. The receptionist gave minimal information and did not act friendly. second con is parking. There is a charge of $30 per day to self park. I did self-park and i did not like the distance i had to drive to park. The closer spots are reserved for valet parking. I am not sure how much they charge to use valet parking but i would encourage you use valet parking especially if you have luggage. you will probably need to use stairs to get to the elevator after you park, plus it was not impressive down there.
Nicole Jones2 months agoHeld a room block at this location for a week-long work event and had a great experience all around. Rooms were very nice/trendy, clean, and Meg was wonderful to work with. Her team made things seamless. All of the valet guys were lovely, the restaurant bar on site accommodated our large group unexpectedly after a group dinner out in town. Will definitely be back if we return to the area!
RES INC.2 weeks agoNight staff very unhelpful. Old guy can't remember name on night shift...clueless in reservations when reservations were done. To obtain further help on our three day stay...rude! Referred all questions to phone service. Security playing video games on computer in lobby. Key cards to room and parking service was hell. Good thing I paid a $30 dollar charge to park overnight. HOTEL food, room and housekeeping spot on. Lobby and help nonexistent so Hilton Res. Number to figure your questions and stay. Close to many walking shops and restaurants. South West of K.C.
Corinne Davis4 weeks agoThis hotel is not worth the price we paid. The room had a bad smell, bathroom needs updating, and the “blackout” curtains were damaged and let a lot of light in the room. There was basketball and baseball tournaments going on this weekend and one of the elevators were broken. We waited on average 5 minutes or more for the elevators. When we attempted to take the stairs, access to floors were blocked which has to be a fire hazard. On the lobby level, we asked the staff where the stairs were located so we did not have to take the elevator and they did not know. Our first day at the hotel we had the continental breakfast which made us sick. Will not stay here again.
Monica Moore4 months agoI had a 5 star experience this past weekend. I must say I was reluctant to book this hotel due to the unfavorable reviews. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk attendant (Lex) was super pleasant and the rooms were upgraded, spacious and clean. The hotel was also walking distance to restaurants and stores which was a plus!
