  This hotel misses all the marks. I should have trusted the reviews I read but against my better judgement I stayed here anyways. For reference, I stay at Hilton properties close to 100 nights a year. First of all, at check in, the room I pre selected wasn't available. They assigned me a different room which had a very strong cigarette smell. They moved me to another room, which was right by the elevator and right by the ice maker room. The entire stay was interrupted by other guests walking by and talking. Not the other guests' fault; the walls and door were paper thin and so poorly insulated a mouse fart could be heard. The bathroom had a sewage smell, the shower water was impossible to find a temperature between gates of hell and arctic tundra. The bathroom faucet was loose from the countertop. The bed was so loud that you'd wake yourself up just by rolling over. The most disappointing part of my stay was the "restaurant". One of the main reasons I choose properties has to do with dining options. I found myself almost nightly for my 13 night stay having to go out to find dinner because the hotel didn't have a cook working. They had a "limited menu" that included whatever they could heat up in a microwave. I brought up these issues to the staff and their response was to give me 5000 points. A joke of an offer. Overall one of the worst Hilton properties I have stayed with. Does not live up to the Hilton name.

  Not great. Both beds creaked when someone moved during the night. The window rattled all night. The paid breakfast was lower quality than most free hotel breakfasts. The location felt a little sketchy. They didn’t clean the rooms between nights. Several rooms had toilet plumbing problems. The staff was friendly which was about the only redeeming quality.

  Very clean hotel. Nice staff. Great location for what I was needing. I would stay there again. My only negatives Paper thin walls (I heard the room beside me going to the bathroom and every little noise in the hallway). The box springs were noisy just climbing in and out of bed. Bad drywall patch job in my room. The TV was unplugged for some word reason, took me minute to figure it out. My room had a mini fridge, microwave, and keurig. They made it sound like all rooms had those.

  Front desk staff were decent, patient when explaining parking, the room was older but clean. The bed was not it, the springs were rough to where I woke up with achy ribs. The pillows were great though, firm-ish which I prefer. Water pressure in the shower was great too, but it took ages for the water to heat up, like long long. Could hear every sound from the hallway, door clicks, elevator, people talking. Digital self-pay parking here.

  Room was clean and things were tidy in the lobby. The pool was the star, as it was ridiculously warm... as in, over 95°. As a parent I didn't even hesitate to get in the pool with my kids.
