  Positive experience overall despite the ac not working and needing to place a work order which took three calls. First Lady put me on hold. At the 5 minute mark I called back and spoke to same lady. But 90 minutes later no one had come to the room. Made a third call, spoke to someone new and within minutes a team member was in the room to resolve. On a positive note the hotel has a nice modern minimal design aesthetic. In addition the Front desk team was professional and gracious as was the valet crew. Would not recommend the breakfast experience but overall this location represents great value. Stayed here twice now and this second stay was a significant improvement.

  I have stayed in many Hilton branded hotels and this is one of my favorites. The hotel looks just like the pictures, which is pretty rare. The whole property is new, fresh and very clean. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and quickly helped me move to a different room upon my arrival. The restaurant is pretty good and the service at the restaurant was top notch. The food is pretty tasty too. The pool was really nice and there were seats in the sun and the shade. I highly recommend!

  Meliza in the Rosemary room provided excellent service! The Rosemary room omelet was delicious and the perfect blend of peppers and chorizo. The kids breakfast buffet was on spot with waffles, bacon, and eggs! The room was spacious and modern, the halls were well lit and cleverly designed. Overall very highly rate and would definitely return!

  Stayed at the Hilton Buena Park Anaheim and it’s easily one of the best hotels in the area. I chose this property while visiting Knott’s Berry Farm and the location couldn’t be better—walking distance to the park. Service here is outstanding across the board. The rooms have a fun retro vibe, which gives the hotel a unique character, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is excellent and really on point. The gym is large and has all the equipment you need for a solid workout. The pool area is a great vibe and looks like a fun place to relax and hang out. This has officially become my go-to hotel whenever I’m visiting Knott’s. Highly recommend.

  Russell is an outstanding waiter. Not only did he provide excellent service, but he was always smiling and willing to help with anything. It was a pleasure to meet him, and it’s truly refreshing to come across such attentive and professional staff. The avocado toast was my favorite breakfast dish. I will definitely be back.
