Buck Buchanan2 months agoVery nice spot to go see a show at Bridgestone arena. It's right across the street. The rooms are very nice, and the breakfasts are great. There's a guy on omelets and he takes great care making them. $50 to park over night in what I thought to be free parking for the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. All the staff is very helpful.
Georgia Herren3 weeks agoWhile the location of the Hilton Downtown Nashville is excellent, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The biggest disappointment was the level of customer service. I called the front desk several times to request a luggage cart, but no one answered. I eventually went to look for one myself, but I was not assisted, and the interactions I had with staff felt impersonal and unwelcoming. I also found the valet staff to be less friendly than I would have expected. The hotel itself has a spacious, modern design, but the common areas felt somewhat cold and lacking in warmth. My room also seemed a bit dated and dingy and could benefit from some refreshing. I also dined at the hotel and found the food to be average, especially considering the price. Hilton has a strong reputation, so I was expecting a more polished experience. With improvements in customer service, room upkeep, and dining quality, I believe this property could better reflect the standards many guests associate with the Hilton brand.

Derrick Gillarda month agoI first have to start with Rachel. Rachel was an absolute godsend. She was so accommodating as I was just a walk in about 9:45pm on Sunday night. Rachel never made me feel like I was a burden for dropping in. In fact she made me feel like a friend that just needed a safe, warm place to crash for the night. In addition to her professionalism, the world class client experience she provided was complete with laughter, relatability and suggestions. She also helped me try to recreate an experience for my wife. Although it didn’t work, it’s the fact that Rachel tried that truly was the most satisfying. I love this hotel and I am always made to feel that I matter. Not to take anything away from Rachel who was phenomenal, I also had a positive interaction and experience with Trey, the Valet attendant. After driving 15 hours and pulling into the hotel driveway, I was greeted by the kind, calm and welcoming voice of Trey. Trey allowed me to position my car in a way that I was allowed to have a free flowing conversation with Rachel. Other honorable mentions include, Carly, who provided food menu link and Calvin who was also in the valet area who wish me a happy belated Father’s Day. And finally Simone whom I only corresponded via text but she too was professional and very kind. Previous visit honorable mentions, Josh & Catherine. They assisted me in looking for a pair of sneakers that I thought I left in the hotel room. As I sit here writing this review Monday morning at 8am, I am smiling, remembering that I just stayed the night at a friends place.
Joel Hancock3 months agoOverall a great experience for the whole family as we stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Small bar at the base that serves a variety of drinks and staff was very kind and helpful. Few things I expected given the Brand and price: A circulation fan in the bathroom - Bathrobes - lastly, I was on the front side which required us to walk all the way around the hotel to retrieve ice or use an elevator from the 5th floor. Overall, beautiful place and amazing location.
