Laura Spicer3 months agoFirst time in Nashville. Hotel is in a great location; room was comfortable and clean; and staff were so nice and helpful. Louise at the front desk was especially helpful and unexpectedly checked us into our room early. Her customer service was impeccable. The breakfast and all-day coffee were also nice perks. Overall, this hotel was excellent value.
Sebastian Duarte4 months agoI had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Cabell View. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the included breakfast was really good. I stayed two nights, and each morning the breakfast options were different, which I appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially on my last day when they held my luggage after checkout. A special thank you to Elina Myers, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. She made a great impression and truly cares about the guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
Jacqui I2 months agoStayed here for 1 night prior to flying back to UK following a trip around tennessee, was a little concerned when first booked due to its proximity to Broadway but shouldn't have worried its a great location and quiet. Parking available adjoining the hotel. As with everyone we met in tennessee they are the loveliest welcoming people. We booked a 2 queen bed room had everything we needed if a little dated, they offer free breakfast and tea and coffee are available throughout the day. We choose to order in pizza from cesears and it was delivered to the room 😋
Clint Allen3 months agoAbsolutely had a great time during our stay in Nashville. The location was great it had easy access for all our outings. The room and building was clean, and the pleasent staff helped with every question we had. Breakfast in the lobby was easy, and just enough of a rotation to keep it reliable and fresh at the same time. Zero issues.
Nicole Reeves9 months agoThis hotel isn’t near the hustle and bustle of Broadway, so it was a great choice for my family. There is a rooftop pool, which maxes out at 4 feet deep, and bar with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast options were good. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the people were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quieter place near but not too close to Broadway.
