greysha pinedaa month agoLoved for a girls trip Jalen and Zanaiya at the front desk made our stay so comfortable and fun. They were extremely hospitable and friendly. They went out of there ways to accommodate my stay. I love how they took time out of the busy day to talk and engage with us. The hotel room was very cutesy clean very comfortable bed !!!!!!!!!!!!! So fun and quirky in a great way! Will recommended and come back to Nashville just for this hotel alone !
Devin “Dev”3 months agoThe Graduate is a charming and clever space. The vibrancy and execution of the maximalist style feel refreshing compared to so many boring, cookie-cutter or overly fake “Nashville”-themed hotels. This one makes the experience much more interesting….and maybe even more accurate in capturing quirkiness (which Nashville is) but in a girly, Southern-charming kind of way. I came for my friend’s birthday dinner. The valet staff, Lexi and Aland, were incredibly kind and quick to help me, handling my car with care. Check-in was simple and standard. The room itself was really fun and interesting for my friend, and I was able to take photos of her and her friends as a sweet memory of their celebration. Unfortunately, something in the room transferred onto their clothes and left black markings. White Limozeen had great vibes as well, and the food was good, but it was honestly very expensive for what it was (celebration pricing, lol). Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but many people would probably expect a bit more polish and excellence at that price point. That said….this is Nashville, and you’re staying in an amazing location with lots of good things. Just a few tradeoffs.
Kristi Canler6 months agoOur family came to Nashville for the New Year and Anniversary. At arrival Jalen was so welcoming and sent over some goodies for our room. He was very helpful throughout our stay between holding bags or just being friendly and informative. He has been the best customer service we have had at a hotel. We also went to White Limozeen one evening and Tobie, the manager was terrific! They had just closed the kitchen and she was able to still let us order some food. Overall we had the best customer service and the location was terrific being 10 mins from Broadway, the Gulch or 12 south. Very centrally located and only 15 mins from the airport. I highly recommend!
Doreen Coady8 months agoSuch a positive vibe filled with beautiful staff! Greeted by Jaylen at the front desk who was perfection! Sara and Sarah hosting the White Limozeen made us feel like regulars they were so happy to see! Such a fun welcome! Kent our server, the sweetest! The room was great! I highly recommend this place. It's a little pricey a but worth it. Thanks to this great team for making our stay wonderful 💞
Taylor Shinea month agoThis hotel is truly the best. After a long and difficult day, I was greeted with nothing but smiles, kindness, and genuine compassion. Shemeka and Christian went above and beyond to help resolve a booking error that was done on my end, yet they handled it quickly, professionally, and with such grace. Their customer service made all the difference and completely turned my experience around. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, positivity, and willingness to help. The Graduate Hotel is lucky to have employees like Shemeka and Christian representing them!
