Fran Silveira3 months agoIt’s like Disney world but you’re an adult. The guitars moving on the overhead conveyor system I couldn’t look away! Very cool stuff and guitar as low as 400 dollars!! Yes please! This place smelled amazing, fresh and very clean. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and informative and really knew their stuff.
Shinji Hayashi3 months agoMan, this is a dream come true. I’ve been wanting to get my hands on those fresh-off-the-line mahogany guitars for a long time. There’s just something about them. Folks like to say Fender’s a tool, Gibson’s an instrument—and yeah… I get it now. Everything here’s polished, dialed in, built to sell—but still, you can feel the craft behind it. Not exactly easy on the wallet, though. Still, worth it. Great experience. Appreciate it, y’all.
Liz Thibault9 months agoThis was a very unique experience. The guitars are beautiful! So many colors and finishes. It is set up as a high-end showroom. The colorful guitar conveyor belt was certainly a highlight. You get the get the feeling that real deal musicians are shopping here. I like how some styles listed famous artists who have that guitar. I was particularly taken when the blue Hummingbird acoustic model. The employees are so great about letting you play a guitar. They also sell souvenirs like shirts and keychains, so if it's not in your budget to get one of the glorious guitars, you can still leave with something to remember your visit.
Rodney Lindera month agoTried to buy a guitar 5 times today during operating hours Central Time, but don't waste your time, was on hold 5 times for 100 minutes. Called back again, 20 minutes, another hang up (auto times you out) Just beating a dead horse at this point 💀 Don't take my word for it, try and get through on any line, I tried all 3 options. I was Referred to Gibson Garage from a friend who works at Gibson's main Help Center (Jason) Who assured me, they would be more than willing to help find the Guitar of my dreams that showed "In Stock", wrong. I don't get it, isn't this their ONE and ONLY job . . to sell Guitars? Very, very disappointed in the customer service, if I could put Zero ⭐️ I would. Joe Johnson5 months agoAs a guitar teacher, whenever I travel for gigs, I try to bring back my students something. For example, when I went to the Fender flagship store in Tokyo, I bought bags of their Flagship Fender guitar pics. Then I gave every student one, which came out to like $3-4 per pick, but they loved it! So at the Gibson garage I noticed they had these Gibson Garage guitar pics and asked if I could buy a few packs, or at least buy 40 and they refused to sell me any. They gave me three for free, but refused to sell any even when I explained what it was for. Their prerogative of course, but in my opinion this was a major miss for Gibson
