Perfect location with an amazing view overlooking Bridgestone Arena! Friendly staff throughout (check-in, check-out, breakfast, room service). Spacious, clean room with comfy beds, lots of charging options (no adapter needed), a fridge, microwave, and plenty of seating/storage space. The windows let in quite a bit of noise. Great bathroom with towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap are provided. Breakfast was good & hours were convenient, though the buffet felt a bit small during busy hours & lines built up. Elevator wait times could be long - up to 15 minutes during rush hour. Overall, a fantastic stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Nashville again!

Probably worst customer service I have ever experience. They have a 5 star hotel as far of hotel looks location but I honestly never treated more inhuman. from the time we checked in no instructions on how to get to our room. we was told at check in that we was automatically charged $25 for stuff in the gift shop prepaid meals in bottom shelf and non alcoholic drinks so that evening make sure we get something have them charge our room so it can be used toward $25. Well after attending our event we stop and only bought a salad and an energy drink and 2 waters. Yes it was alittle over $25 by a few dollars so i expected to see the differton our bill but nope was charge $33 so I ask girl checking out why we was charged for that should have been created to the &25 charge and she has no customer service expression just says waters are not included in that I said well you still charged me for salad too and we would have not bought waters if girl at check in wouldn’t have mention it was as matter fact we didn’t evens want any of it. she said I will refund salad but that’s all your getting and I didn’t feel like I should have to argue. How about this if your paying over $600 a night don’t force a $25 in hotel charge for you to buy something then say after you do it just to use say it can’t be used for this or that. we have stayed at 5 star best of best hotels and this was first time we have never had somewhere to get coffee 24-7. We went down where the free breakfast was that started at 7am around 6am just looked for some coffee and the lady come running towards no not til 7 get out. we was like we understand that breakfast don’t start til 7 but is there anywhere to get coffee she just keeps shaking her head like no and shuts emergency door. As far as breakfast can’t speak in it didn’t bother staying after that. Also beds sleep horrible. Will never stay there again

Location of the hotel is great for exploring downtown Nashville. Located just 1.5 blocks off Broadway and across the street from Bridgestone Arena and the convention center. Check-in was a little rocky. The employee that helped us was not very friendly or informative. I noticed a flyer on the check-in desk saying the pool was closed. This was one of the reasons we choose this hotel as we were in town for a couples get way. When I asked about the flyer she informed me that yes it was closed. No offer of an apology or anything. We were disappointed as our plan for Saturday was to spend most of the day at the pool. There was no offer of using anther property’s pool, and no notice from the hotel before we arrived of the closure. We ended up spending additional money to get a day pass to the Grand Hyatt to use there pool. Breakfast was good, and the evening reception was very crowded.

Two-Night Stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown I really enjoyed my two-night stay at the MC Suites by Hilton in downtown Nashville. The staff was very nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite perks was the free evening drinks—every night from 5–6 p.m. on the fourth floor you get two complimentary drinks per person, which was a great way to unwind before heading out. We also took advantage of the electric bikes offered during our stay, and that made getting around Nashville so much faster and easier. We were able to see a lot more of downtown because of them. Our room was on the 27th floor with amazing views—absolutely perfect. Overall, great stay, great location, and great service. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Nashville!

This was my first trip to Nashville, and I chose this hotel because of its location and because I’ve had good experiences with Embassy Suites in other cities. The hotel itself is fairly new and well maintained, but unfortunately the overall stay was underwhelming. My biggest impression was that the hotel seems to have too many rooms for the number of elevators and for the amount of guests it needs to serve at breakfast. The breakfast area is large, but on the weekend it was incredibly crowded and chaotic. It honestly felt more like a feeding station than a relaxing hotel breakfast. The food quality was mediocre, which may be a result of trying to serve so many people at once. The bacon appeared undercooked, and my son ended up having stomach issues about an hour after breakfast. After that experience, we chose to pay for breakfast at the hotel across the street the next morning instead of eating here again. As disappointing as breakfast was, the elevator situation was even worse. Most times we needed an elevator, the wait was at least 15 minutes. On our last day, people on our floor had already been waiting around 20 minutes, and we finally had to carry our luggage down 17 flights of stairs just to leave. That is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this size. This hotel has potential because it is new and in a good location, but the operational issues were significant enough that I would not stay here again.
