Briana Hauff Salas3 months agoI rarely write reviews but we had such a wonderful experience at Dream that I need to. Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was wonderful. We got upgraded to a suite that had a shuffle board table and it was so fun. Our room was ready when we arrived (early). During every interaction the staff was always helpful, friendly, and polite. The drinks, coffee, and food in the hotel bar/restaurant were excellent. The gym was great, and clean, and I really enjoyed being able to try out a peloton row machine. Everyone clearly went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated, which i find to be extremely rare in the hospitality industry lately. Finally, I was in desperate need of an iced coffee on Saturday and the coffee bar was closed. Daniel from F&B was kind enough to make me one and even had the most wonderful spread sent up to our room after I had mentioned we were celebrating my 40th birthday. I can't speak more highly of this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. It's also an excellent distance from broadway. Close enough to walk but far enough to get away from the craziness and relax.

The rooms are simple and well thought out, the location is amazing and in a very cool part of downtown Nashville, and the service has been outstanding. From the moment we were greeted by the valet, I have been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here. The front desk folks are very warm and welcoming and everyone here seems excited to make our stay more enjoyable. The enthusiasm is infectious, and we will surely be coming back!
Abby Coppolo2 months agoThe Valet service was top tier and they were super quick when it came to retrieving our car for us. They made sure we were always satisfied. Joe, Jackie, and Darwan in particular were super helpful for us and made our experience one that I’ll never forget. The Hotel was very clean and convenient. They provided great room service and assistance whenever we needed it. I am overall very satisfied with our stay at this Hotel.
Bethany Kanea month agoMy hubby and I drove in to Nashville for a concert and spent the night here. It was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean with old world charm. The restaurants and bars in the hotel made me feel like I was in another era, superb staff all around. Backside is Printers Alley, the Ryman and Broadway are 1 block away. So very much within waking distance. Completely worth the cost. We will be recommending this to all our out of town visitors and staying when
William Biancoa month ago50th Birthday celebration, 4 couples we can not recommend the Hyatt Dream any more. This place was perfect location to broadway. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar in house , made it hard to explore. Nashville was a great trip, we’ll be back and stay here again
