Lynda Harris2 months agoWe stayed here for a youth soccer tournament for the weekend and had a really positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while nothing overly fancy, they were exactly what we needed for a busy tournament weekend. What really stood out was the staff. Check in was very quick and smooth. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the General Manager went above and beyond to help us arrange a short gathering space for our soccer team, which was greatly appreciated. Small things like that make a big difference when traveling with a group of players and families. Overall, a very solid stay with great customer service. We’d definitely consider staying here again for future tournaments.
Brandi Christian2 months agoI stayed here for nearly a full week and found the room to be quite cozy. The beds were comfortable and I was pleasured to find they still had a bathtub in the bathroom. I stayed with a friend and we never once felt crowded sharing the space. I never used the pool, but I appreciated that it was indoors so that it can be enjoyed all year round. Above all else it was really the staff that made my stay memorable. There wasn’t a single staff member who was anything less than pleasant, but Marie and Arthur really stood out. When I lost my purse and came to the lobby in a panic Marie was there to help calm me down and make my life a little easier while I figured out what to do next. Arthur was always so pleasant and wanted to know everything about the event I was in town for. Every morning he would make a point to ask what was on the agenda for the day, and every night he would follow up and ask how we did. Seeing their investment in the client’s truly enhanced the experience
Bryan Monaco2 months agoNice older hotel property. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was up to date and well cared for. The bar was pretty good too. The room was clean and quiet; I slept like a rock. The conference center area was nice and the banquet food was good. I would definitely stay here again.
Rob2 months agoCan use a little more cleaning in the room. First room had ants and counter was not wiped down. Went to a 2nd room had sticky bathroom floors and hair in the shower. Front desk guy was very courteous. Restaurant had good quality breakfasts and dinner and good variety. Need to update the worn out benches
Terry Hernandez2 weeks agoThe hotel is really nice and the rooms are decent. But you can definitely notice the lack of maintenance of the building in the pool area. Besides the A/c in that area wasn't working either which it makes that space extremely hot.
