  We stayed here for a youth soccer tournament for the weekend and had a really positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while nothing overly fancy, they were exactly what we needed for a busy tournament weekend. What really stood out was the staff. Check in was very quick and smooth. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the General Manager went above and beyond to help us arrange a short gathering space for our soccer team, which was greatly appreciated. Small things like that make a big difference when traveling with a group of players and families. Overall, a very solid stay with great customer service. We’d definitely consider staying here again for future tournaments.

  Nice older hotel property. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was up to date and well cared for. The bar was pretty good too. The room was clean and quiet; I slept like a rock. The conference center area was nice and the banquet food was good. I would definitely stay here again.

  Hotel design is from late 70s or 80s. They are battlling age. Staff is great, top notch everywhere. I stayed for a week and enjoyed every conversation. Menu small but good. Mid level buisness conference hotel. Locals visit the bar and give great conversation.

  Can use a little more cleaning in the room. First room had ants and counter was not wiped down. Went to a 2nd room had sticky bathroom floors and hair in the shower. Front desk guy was very courteous. Restaurant had good quality breakfasts and dinner and good variety. Need to update the worn out benches

  We recently stayed at this hotel for a youth hockey tournament and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. First, the hallways throughout the hotel were extremely cold, which made it uncomfortable just walking to and from our room. The pool was also very cold, making it unpleasant for the kids to swim. Even worse, the hot tub water was cloudy and murky, which made it feel very unsanitary and not something anyone wanted to use. Another frustrating issue was how the hotel handled the hockey teams staying there. If you are going to host families attending a hockey tournament, you should plan accordingly. Instead of placing teams together, families were scattered all throughout the hotel and constantly warned about “disturbing other guests.” Keeping teams grouped together would make much more sense and avoid those issues entirely. The kids were also not allowed to play mini sticks in a small confined area using a soft foam ball. For a hotel hosting a hockey tournament, that felt overly restrictive and unnecessary, especially when kids just wanted a safe place to burn off energy between games. Finally, there were no adult-only hours for the pool or spa area, which would have been appreciated by parents looking to relax later in the evening after a long day at the rink. Overall, the hotel did not seem prepared or accommodating for the large number of hockey families staying there. If you’re hosting sports tournaments, there should be better planning and consideration for the guests attending them.
