Newer modern hotel very clean. The employees were absolutely fantastic. The price was great. The area is a little bit outside of downtown. I had appointment at cancer center and it only took 10 minute drive. It's right of expressway which was nice. Hot showers comfortable beds. If you are trying to decide where to stay I recommend here. Only negative was hotels around it were questionable but nobody bothered us at hotel. I was in 419 and loved the views.

Easily the worse Avid I’ve ever stayed at. The location is terrible with abandoned buildings next door, constant police cars every night, and a broken front door that they had just sitting in the lobby. Front desk staff was just generally terrible, with the morning staff member wearing flip flops while also running the breakfast area. Like come on, who does food service without actual shoes on. Housekeeping never made my bed up one time in 6 days. Stay anywhere else.

Right off the highway, so the location is very convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Since it’s a newer property, I was surprised there are a few areas around the hotel that could use TLC. Overall, it was a solid stay. Also, be sure to check out Sweetwater’s Donut Mill just down the road, they’re amazing! Also, what a strange view to wake up to…

Jayamati Nath checked me in and she’s fabulous! She’s professional, welcoming, and kind. If you have a problem, she’s there to fix it. The rooms are very minimalist and small. There’s no such thing as wasted space in there lol. I love that there’s always free hot water and coffee downstairs. The breakfast was pretty good. There’s a side entrance that has guests walk through their patio area and with snow on that type of flooring makes it slippery. I can see how someone slipped on your property. Salt needs to be thrown down and maybe even rugs. The other front desk agent, who works in the afternoons, is definitely there for a paycheck only. I hardly saw him at the desk as he was always in the back office, even when I called the front desk he didn’t answer so I walked down there and rung the bell. When he talked with guests (not just me), he had his corded ear phones in one ear. I had an issue with the heater blowing out cold air while set on heat in my room. He called maintenance and they took longer than expected so when I went downstairs asking for an ETA he said, “I don’t know. Do you just want another room?” He seemed annoyed, was unapologetic, and had no care for my issue. Mind you, I stayed here when there was a windchill advisory and it was -20 degrees outside. Rooms are small and basic. It’s good for an over night but nothing beyond that. The fridge didn’t work. The bathroom sensor was broke so it clicked on and off all night. Had to close the door. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good.
