dan bryer2 months agoHear's the good first. The staff was friendly, the room was very spacious with the kitchenette, the room seemed clean, it had a great TV and channel selection wasn't bad. It also had a recliner but that wasn't super comfortable. Loved the spacious feel. Now for the bad: our room faced I-94 and it had very sheer curtains people could look right in and see the inside of the room if they looked hard enough so they need better curtains to block the view. The bed was to spongy for my liking. The comforter I'm sure was washed but was old and had some faint stains on it. The ac slash heater didn't work well and the cover over the controls was broken. The toilet was very low flow, and also really low to the floor. Bring your own pillows as the ones provided were to flat and useless. The bathtub drain was very slow to empty and it filled during showers. One more good thing we didn't run out of hot water during our showers. The price is reasonable however just the place needs some upgrades even though it's fairly new.
Archana4 weeks agoStayed here for a soccer tournament. Very dated. Mattresses need to be replaced and so do the old hotel towels. Saw a spider on the wall. Staff who checked us in were kind of rude and cold and inadvertently pointed out all the things this hotel lacks: no pool. No breakfast. No daily cleaning of the room. There was a younger man at the front desk who was super friendly. I did appreciate the full kitchen which had stove, full size fridge, pots, pans, toaster, dishes, dishwasher. There was no blender. This hotel allows dogs and there were a ton due to a dog show nearby. The walls are super thin and we could hear our neighbors conversation.
Devin Feller3 months agoI loved my stay at Candlewood suites recently. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I got to know assistant manager John the best. He's very responsive to your needs. The beds are comfy and the layout of the rooms is great.
TFMbody3602 months agoGreat location near airport. Clean. Safe, near airport. The Front desk Staff was the highlight of my stay! Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, billing was on point & professional!!! Thank you all, I enjoyed my 30 days there!!
