Chris Zinna month agoMy wife and I stayed at the Conrad Nashville for our 15-year anniversary weekend, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, romantic, and luxurious. The front desk attendant was polite and welcoming, and as a Hilton Honors Diamond member I received a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Room. After asking about other available upgrades, I was offered a Corner 1-Bedroom Suite for $200 per night, which felt like a great value since I had booked with a Free Night Award and points. The suite was easily the best part of the stay. It was far better than we imagined — spacious, luxurious, spotless, with a great view, private balcony, huge bathroom, immaculate bed, and electric sheers and curtains. The hotel also recognized our anniversary with a chilled bottle of wine, two glasses, and a card waiting in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. Room service was excellent both times we ordered, and housekeeping did an outstanding job. The location was also great — close enough to Broadway, but far enough away from the chaos. The complimentary SUV/taxi service made getting around feel easy and premium. A few small things kept it from being a 5-star stay: no refrigerator or microwave in the room, very overpriced minibar/bar items, and the doormen were sometimes a little too aggressive with assistance. Attentive service is appreciated, but at times it felt like tips were expected. Overall, it was a memorable anniversary stay and I would absolutely recommend the Conrad Nashville for couples, special occasions, Hilton loyalists, business travelers, or anyone wanting a luxury hotel near Broadway without staying directly in the middle of it.
Tom Clementsa month agoHad a wonderful stay at the Conrad Hotel in Nashville. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the working desk, which was really helpful during my stay. The modern electric touch-button controls throughout the room were a nice touch and made everything feel very upscale. The location is great and within easy walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including good choices for vegan guests. The outdoor pool area was relaxing and a perfect place to unwind, and the outdoor bar seating had a really nice view. The fitness center was also clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
Chéri Frame5 months agoMy husband and I stayed ath The Conrad Nashville for MLK Wkend 2026 and the rooms were GREAT! Clean and Comfy! The shower was heavenly and the bed was super comfy! The housekeeping staff did a great job servicing our room. My favorite part was the staff, especially the valets, bellhops and greeters. They took GREAT care of us as we were in and out of the hotel A LOT for events! The location is perfect - you can walk to several spots nearby to dine and you are a short, cheap Uber away from just about anything else! We will definitely be back - we already miss the friendly staff! @GAmortgagegirl
Amelia Montero4 months agoI celebrated my anniversary at the Conrad and it was more than exceptional! I had a beautiful room with a balcony that had a city view which was more than spacious for 2. The service from every department was amazing!! Gary welcomed us and was a perfect combination of professional and personable. Andy was super cool and informative about the area. Mason at the bar has some of the best customer service I’ve ever been around. Such a fun vibe! The food was amazing, in room dining was very efficient. Glad to say we barely left property during an ice storm they were going through at the time. 10/10 will be coming back! 😊
Sarah Keating6 months agoSuch a fabulous hotel and city. The employees at the Conrad with very few exceptions are unbelievable. I would give a shout out, especially to Matthew at concierge, Brian and Mason as bartenders, Andy and Darren as courtesy car drivers, and Edwin at front door. My room was beautiful. Housekeeping did a great job, the gym was clean and great. The Burger at Thistle and Rye was the best burger I’ve had in years. And it was $10 during happy hour! I can’t say enough about our weekend in Nashville!
