Margaret Baker2 months agoManager of Clarion, I want to tell u how very impressed with Geeta,! She checked me in today. She is very polite and extremely helpful. She set up an Uber for me to go to the airport. I got the day wrong to book my room and she guided me to book another room. I am elderly and I don't fly much, so I was nervous. She has a calm demeanor and I am fine now. She is terrific and represents your hotel in the very best way. Sincerely, Margo Baker
Djoodi The Noodle Lady2 months agoStaff fine, location pretty chill, but there is a weird smell in the hallway. Trash in the trash can when we got into our room. Soiled toilet paper by the toilet, pretty gross. The room was hot even with the ac unit at the lowest setting because the couch was placed right in front. Ended up moving it. Woke up super sore from the bed. The sheets seemed a bit lint filled yet they were clean. Kinda dated but fine place to land for the night. Worst of all as advertised on the website no video game console in the room at all!
WJ2 months agoStaff was extremely friendly. Rooms were pretty clean. Some water damage on the bathroom ceiling but nothing that affected my stay. Didn't use the pool but heard a lot of kids say it was gross. Breakfast was very good. If you left for the day hungry, it's definitely your own fault. Would stay here again.
nicole camdena week agoThe staff was very friendly and helpful, had an issue with the telephone and maintenance came to fix the problem immediately. The front desk accommodated us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and made sure to make my kids smile which was great. Would return.
Jeanne S2 months agoMy husband and I were in town and we booked this place just for the night. We do not recommend. Pros are the bed was comfortable and the front desk person was helpful and friendly. Cons are the room was disgusting! Furniture was dirty, my husband wiped the dresser and headboard with a white cloth which turned brown. We found cereal on the floor amd garbage behind the dresser. I pushed a chair back to find an old, gross sock. It was so bad that we couldn't sleep comfortable even though the bed was nice we were just to grossed out. We got up early the next day and left. Also, it was noisy at night. The room next to us had a couple big dogs or at least it sounded that way. They kept barking then the owners would yell at them. We also had our dog with us. But she is small and quiet. Never even checked out the breakfast or pool and we won't be back again.
