Rebecca Wehr2 weeks agoWe had great cocktails at the lounge. Our room was clean. Amenities were full. The breakfast buffet is really good, but we didn't get that this time. Valet service was fast and friendly. We really like this downtown hotel.

The location was convenient, especially if you’re visiting downtown or attending events nearby. My room was clean and modern, with a nice view of the lake and city. The bed was comfortable, though the room felt a bit standard for the price. Check-in was smooth, but the lobby can get busy at times. Staff were generally polite and helpful when approached. I didn’t use many amenities, but the hotel felt well maintained. It’s not perfect, but it worked well for a short, no-fuss stay in the city.
Shaniece Bradley4 months agoI had a really good stay here. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. Special shoutout to Rayshaun ( I hope I spelled that right). He was pleasant and very thorough, I can tell he truly enjoys his job and people in general.
Debbie Hudson6 months agoExcellent rooms and service. Just a beautiful hotel and the decorations for Christmas were absolutely stunning. Close to all the major downtown attractions. I have to say, even the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The staff was very sweet anytime we needed anything. Elliott's on the second floor was our favorite Hangout after hours. Elena our waitress there was super sweet and they ran a great team. Food was excellent we had the smash burger and wings. Great selection on beer, drinks, and food. Great place to stay when you visit Cleveland
Meg McVaugh4 months agoWe are frequent guests here and we always receive top notch customer service! Our rooms are always clean and extra comfortable, and the views are spectacular! Managers and front desk staff are professional, and the Valet and Housekeeping staff are kind and attentive. We never stay anywhere else when we have to be here!
