We just stayed here for 1 night but this motel felt like a hotel. The service was great. The security in the parking lot made us feel way better about it being a motel. It was nice and clean. We ended up getting their LAST room so we kind of got a free upgrade to a HUGE room with an entry way, bedroom, sink room and then the bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Definitely recommend this place! It has a pool that looked clean. We didnt use it but others were. We were literally 1 street over from Broadway so that was perfect for why we had went. There were restaurants right across the street that we walked to. Definitely recommend Tailgate Brewery if you want some GREAT pizza and customer service!

Very disappointing experience. I checked into the Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville Music City Center on March 6 and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair and pieces of toilet paper on the bathroom floor, along with debris and hair around the base of the furniture. It was also musty and smelled of smoke. There was not even a new roll of toilet paper placed. The bathroom vent was heavily clogged with dust buildup and the shower head had visible grime and mineral buildup as well. Overall the room appeared unsanitary and not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Because of the condition of the room we were uncomfortable staying and had to leave and book another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf and we provided photos documenting the condition of the room, but the front desk refused to make any exception or provide a refund for both nights that we had booked. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation for a hotel stay, and the condition of this room raises serious concerns about the property’s housekeeping and sanitation standards. Very disappointing experience.

We got an amazing deal the night of our stay. The room smelled and looked great. I loved the accent on the head board wall! The only complaint to be had is having a call from the front desk at 7am asking if we lost a hotel key card, although they wouldnt say what is was during said call. ( we were a bit upset being we enjoyed the night out and knew we were getting limited sleep, then we were disrupted.) However, I happened to leave some items in the room, we were 3 hrs from the hotel, so they told us to get a label and they will send it. It should be back by the end of the week.

Location is great. Lots of activities, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Located in an awesome vibe. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. Despite it's location, this place is run down. The room was small and cramped. Outlets were falling out of the wall. You felt like you were going ro roll off the smallest queen beds, ever. You can't plug anything into the outlets on the lamps, no plug-in would stay plugged in. No tight connection, it was loose. Both the lamp outlets and the outlet falling out of the wall felt like fire hazards. There was a gap between the floor and the door to the outside. Had to put my 50lb luggage in front of the door for added security. There was a homeless man wandering the parking lot in the morning when we went to breakfast. Breakfast was decent. The beds were clean. I was expecting bed bugs. Bathroom was bright and clean. Toilet seemed to have a hard time flushing. Felt like I was sticking to the room carpet at times. Area was surprisingly quiet at night. Night staff seemed like he was just There and didn't care. For some reason, both my wife's and my debit cards were declined - even though I had used it earlier in the day, had plenty of funds, and used it at a restaurant after checking in with a different card. Staff just basically shrugged. Also, quoted price was not what we paid. They added $30 for parking. Not like there were any ramps close by for us to park anywhere else, so way to go on the money grab. At least we for free breakfast.

This was a nice place to stay. Easy to find Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Not sure how the place is laid out, we were in room 248, but were able to park right in front and walk in our room door. Breakfast on 3rd floor with elevator. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic! They have everything most hotels have (pancakes, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, breads, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal) but they topped them all with chef made-to-order omelets! Great!! Right on Music Row, we were walking distance to a few honey tonk bars and restaurants, and had a safe walk (and expensive tab). Not as congested as Broadway area. But most of all, a big shout out of THANKS to housekeeping and management! I left my laptop in the room! OMG! Rubin called me before we had unpacked, so I didn't even know it was missing. We're 9 hours away (home in Michigan). Following Rubin's advice, I emailed them a pre-paid usps label and they boxed it up securely and sent it back! Thank you for your honesty and courtesy. We will definitely stay here again!
