  Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch was the ultimate Nashville experience. The Location is unbeatable—you’re right in the heart of The Gulch’s best shopping and just a block from the famous 'Wings' mural, yet it feels like a sophisticated oasis away from the frantic Noise level of Broadway. The Atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of industrial-chic and local warmth. One of the coolest features is the American Paint custom hat shop right in the lobby; it’s such a unique, high-end touch that makes the hotel feel like a true destination. Our Room was a highlight; it was spacious, incredibly Clean, and featured those signature Canopy beds that are some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We also loved the tech touches, like the remote-controlled blackout curtains. The Service was standout across the board. The staff were proactive and friendly, and the Amenities are next-level—specifically the complimentary Rivian house car which made getting around town effortless. For the Dining, COA Rooftop is a must-visit. The agave cocktails are expertly crafted, and the views of the Nashville skyline are easily the best in the city. We also loved the convenience of having a Five Points Pizza window right on-site for a quick, high-quality bite. Considering the premium feel, the thoughtful local perks, and the high-end finishes, the Value here is excellent. It’s a stylish, seamless stay that truly captures the spirit of the city."

  Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown A beautiful establishment with an amazing team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, responsive, and truly accountable. I experienced a few minor hiccups during my stay, but everything was handled quickly and sufficiently—which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction. Because of that, they absolutely deserve five stars. The food was solid and convenient—perfect for a quick American-style meal or enjoying great coffee and pastries. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the bartender was friendly and attentive, making it a great place to unwind. I was also upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience, and it was absolutely breathtaking. A huge thank you to everyone—from valet, to the front desk, to the hospitality and cleaning staff—for making my stay such a positive experience despite the initial bumps. This team truly knows how to take care of their guests.

  This was my third stay at Canopy by Hilton Nashville – The Gulch, and that alone speaks volumes. I felt compelled to write this review because the staff truly deserves immense appreciation for consistently delivering exceptional hospitality. This property perfectly matches my aesthetic lifestyle, blending modern design, elevated comfort, and a vibrant urban atmosphere. While I encountered a few minor concerns during my stay, the engineering team, led by Lisa and supported by Kale, handled everything with remarkable attention to detail and genuine care, transforming challenges into a seamless and premium experience. I was honored to receive a private preview of the upcoming rooftop bar opening in March, graciously hosted by General Manager Tiffany and Assistant General Manager Beatriz. Their leadership, professionalism, and vision for the property truly reflect the high standards of the Canopy brand, and I am genuinely excited to return to experience this stunning new rooftop addition. The leadership team, Tyler and Joseph, along with the exceptional front desk professionals — Gita, Mika, Madeline, Emma, and Jonathan, stephanie— offered thoughtful insights about the Gulch neighborhood and provided a warm, personalized welcome that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence. A special mention to the incredible Silo team — Tina, John, Alex, Erin, Sintya, Akash, Santiago, Evan, as well as Nikki and Alex at the bar — whose impeccable service and attention to detail created an elevated dining and lounge experience. Huge appreciation to the Silo kitchen team, especially Chef Ximena, Chef Joseph from Jamaica, and Chef Omkar, whose culinary excellence, creativity, and consistency added an exceptional flavor to my overall stay. Lastly, Five Points Pizza deserves recognition for its outstanding quality and atmosphere. Chef Matt, along with Catherine, Oscar, and Zanieda, delivered a memorable dining experience that truly stood out. Thank you to the entire Canopy Gulch team for curating such a refined, luxurious, and unforgettable stay. You have set a new benchmark for hospitality in Nashville.   Your go-to spot for the perfect trip to Nashville. This hotel truly has it all—modern, spotless rooms and a vibrant lobby with great food (the breakfast burrito is a must, and don’t miss the pizza spot!!!). The rooftop restaurant is really good—lively, with amazing views, and really good music. The location is ideal, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. There's a custom hat shop in the lobby that is SO fun! 10/10—would absolutely stay here again!

  I booked a trip to Nashville for my family to attend my daughter’s sports competition. I was overall very impressed by the warmth, high service standards, and quality of food, drinks, entertainment available in this city. This was most exemplified by the staff at the Canopy by Hilton in the Gulch. We arrived at this hotel, with no prior knowledge of the hotel as we were ‘placed’ here after the hotel we booked told us they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. We came to the Canopy with problems and issues and were met with smiles and “Can do” attitudes. After the first day there, I found that every employee was doing their best to make me comfortable. We had great service, great food, awesome drinks and most of all wonderful conversations with employees who gave us suggestions on what to do and where to go during our stay. We ended up extending our stay by two days after our outbound flight was cancelled due to weather. Again, we gave them problems, and they made it work for us. This was a warm and welcoming hotel where the staff took excellent care of us. This experience was awesome, thanks to an incredible staff.
