Belynda Warner3 weeks agoWe chose this hotel for the location/price balance and the good reviews. Overall, we give this hotel high marks. We had two rooms, and both were comfortable and decorated to fit the Music Row theme well. Air conditioning was exceptionally effective. Shower was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Towels were changed daily. My room also included ample storage space, a small couch, desk, portable table, safe, coffee, microwave, and fridge. The coffee was good, but I sure wish hotels would realize those little plastic wrapped packs of pink sweetener, powdered creamer, and sugar are truly awful. The lobby had a nice little pantry with basic food items and necessities, plus seating areas and massage chairs. There is a small business center and a phone charging station. Breakfast was included, and was one of the best I've had at a hotel of this price range. Omelette station in addition to waffles and pancakes, hot meats and cold yogurts, fruits, breads, juices, coffee, milk, water... very nice. We sat in the lobby to work for a few hours, and I wish they did not block off the breakfast area in the afternoon - those tables had access to electrical outlets, while the available tables did not. But, at least I felt assured the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast staff did an exceptional job of not only cleaning, but also accommodating guests. Our only complaint is the less than generous cancelation policy. We gave 24 hours notice that we would have to check out one night early due to an issue unrelated to the hotel, but after two front desk agents had a conversation in front of us in another language, we were told 48 hours notice was required. And, even though we had checked in the night before, the front desk agent said "If only you would have told us yesterday." If only we had known, we would have. I understand the burden of lost revenue, and I also feel top tier loyalty members should have some leeway. Anyway... had we not experienced that, I would have given this hotel five stars, as we did have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pam Pasternack2 months agoThis was one of the BW we stayed at; everyone was really friendly including staff and guest. Beds comfortable and loved the shower. The morning breakfast was good with made to order omelettes. Rooms were clean and liked the decoration throughout the building. My husband loved the massage chair which was free to use in the lobby area. The location was about a mile to broadway and walkable. The only downside is paying for parking which a lot of places close to broadway do.
Kathryn Brunera month agoOur stay @ BW Music Row was great. It’s off the busy area but still walkable. The hotel staff are great. Everyone is friendly offering a smile. The dining room is very clean & food/drinks are good. They have 2 massage chairs in lobby that will work on those achy muscles after or before a busy day. Rooms are clean & restocked with towels daily that are full body size & not “rough” W Ed B would def stay here again!
Luis Estela5 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel with outstanding service and grate location. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations — fresh, delicious, and with great variety. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service.
Devin Warner3 weeks agoA very old and tired, over priced property. The customer service is disappointing, to say the least. They straight-up do not care about keeping a customer happy. It’s simply “revenue and profit” here. Too bad. But they do have an omelet bar for breakfast. Thank goodness, because otherwise this completely worn out, dirty, and badly in need of a cleaning and remodel property would be completely useless. Clean it up folks. Take care of your customers. This is 2026, do much much better. Finally, the water dispenser in the lobby is filthy and needs immediate cleaning.
