  5 stars isn't enough! The front desk associate, Roxana was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 🙌 Super sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay awesome. I arrived a bit late and was worried about check-in, but Roxana greeted me with a warm smile and made everything seamless. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Kansas City. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

  I work at a Marriott and I will say this AC hotel has change my options on them 🤩 valet were ON it, we were able to check in super early and the front desk was nice. Location was great, they are getting the city ready for the world cup but it was pretty easy to get around. Room was a little humid but it wasn't hot, just felt kinda sticky. Everything seemed clean! I definitely enjoyed my night stay. Would come again! Next time I would ask for a higher floor but I did not want to make to much of a fuss since they did accommodate an early check in!

  the location was great bec I had a super early flight Sat morning after Thanksgiving, I was very close to the airport. from check in to check out, it was wonderful. The valet parking is ridiculously priced but all else was great! My room was AMAZING. I highly recommend this hotel. The street car is nearby. the weather was too cold for an adventure via street car, however. the front desk staff and night security personnel are wonderful!

  Pleasantly surprised! Somehow this hotel has a 2 star rating, and I stay in alot of Marriots around the country, but this ks my first AC Hotel, and it was very very nice. The staff were super friendly, the room was really clean and comfortable, the hotle had a moden swanky vibe and the people there all seemed happy. 10/10 will stay again. They even gave my boyfriend a birthday card, cookies and a free water at check in.

  Rooms were small but clean. Had to ask for towels twice. After waiting 4 hrs. Other Hotels u can walk inside to get to the Convention Ctr. Not this one. U have to Uber or drive and park which will cost $20-$40 (plus tip) a day. There is no breakfast service. No pool. (Other hotels offer both.) Certain areas need remodeled. Like lobby floors and elevators. Just not what we expected for what we paid. There are much nicer hotels with pools, breakfast, larger rooms, nicer decor for basically same price in Kansas City.
